Friendly efficient and quick

Excellent service and reasonably priced work. Leo and Marc attended my property for a drain survey to identify if there was any damage allowing rats into my property. Very professional, turned up when they said. Explained everything, allowed me to watch and ask questions. Found an area full of rubbish so I agreed for the pressure wash and was advised of the price so no nasty hidden extras later. They communicated with United Utilities regarding potential collapse on a shared drain and gave me excellent information and recommendations on the area of the suspected rat access. The report with pictures and videos arrived within a few hours and I could clearly understand everything. They are now booked to clear my ‘rat’ area and replace the broken drain. So delighted to find professional friendly and helpful workmen. Thank you both for a job well done.

Came out within 2 hours of initial call. Was told what the cost would be on the phone so no nasty surprises. Leo arrived and was absolutely lovely. Very efficient, very polite he got the job done in no time. Identified that there could be an underlying issue with protruding pipe so I will most definitely be asking this company to come out to do that job too excellent,,thanks Leo 😁

Very friendly and truthful and efficient

We are open to the public and twice recently we have had blocked toilets at a very busy time. We rang LDS and had a very prompt response. They are pleasant, helpful and efficient and we would definitely recommend them

I can't recommend LDS highly enough. Leo was fantastic and extremely professional. The blockage was identified as being outside my boundary (30m) so it was a United Utilities problem. Despite this, he did his absolute best to clear the blockage. Their fixed rate policy leaves you in no doubt that you are not going to be ripped off. Came out on a Sunday too. 5* guys, really glad I called you!

I will be using LDS again. They were brilliant from start to finish. Couldnt have asked for more. An honest firm these days is hard to find.
