Words can not describe how grateful we are to have come across Alicia and we can not say thank you enough. As second time buyers we were very nervous due to previous issues, however Alicia always put us at ease and was always happy to answer any phone call or email - and trust me there were many! I honestly believe she is the reason we exchanged in record time (especially with a leasehold!) and I have never come across anyone as competent, switched on and as friendly as Alicia. Buying houses can be stressful but with Jake every element he was involved in and in control of was stress free. Jake gave outstanding customer service throughout our buying and selling process. Jake was always available on the phone or by email, responding in a timely fashion every time. Jake was understanding, gave great advice, explained everything in layman's terms and was, quite simply, awesome at supporting us at every stage. Jake at Larrington was great from start to finish. It felt like he was on top of everything, with extremely prompt communication. They work as a "local but online" solicitor. This meant that communication was very easy as it was all done through email. If I did have a problem or wanted to drop off documents I was still able to though so this was ideal.

Searches were very prompt, and were the best format I've seen used. Each search came back with a full report.
