LASE Cosmetic Reviews 

After numerous recommendations to use LASE Cosmetics for my breast augmentation surgery, I decided to book an appointment. Now having completed my surgery here, I must say that my results are unbelievable- they are absolute perfection. From start to finish the entire team at LASE ensured nothing but my complete comfort, happiness and relaxation. The team were compassionate and supportive but also extremely ethical, efficient and informative. This was so important to me when choosing the right surgeon and Mr Ali-Khan exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the rest of the team including Sarah, Diane, Paul, Justine as well as the others. Up until the very moment of being ‘put under’ I was laughing and chatting, feeling completely at ease for a surgery I have dreamt of almost my entire life. I could not recommend this team and practise more.

I am just over two weeks post–breast augmentation with Dr Ali-Khan, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. After having my son, I had several consultations with Dr Ali-Khan before finally taking the plunge — and I’m so glad I did!

From the very first appointment, I always left feeling calm, confident, and genuinely excited about my results. Dr Ali-Khan took the time to listen and made me feel completely at ease every step of the way.

All of the staff at LASE are absolutely wonderful — I always felt valued and cared for, and the clinic itself has such a warm, welcoming environment. On the day of surgery, I felt so reassured by everyone, which made the whole experience even better.

When I saw my results afterwards, I was over the moon — I got exactly what I asked for. I’ve since had my follow-up appointment and once again felt so supported and delighted with how everything is healing.

I truly cannot recommend Dr Ali-Khan and the team at LASE enough… I’ll be gutted when it’s all over haha!

I underwent upper Eyelid blephroplasty two weeks ago and have to say the whole experience was nowhere near as bad as I anticipated .
I did my research but it was the lady who answered my initial query ( Chris ) the reason I chose lase ,( I also had a recommendation for Dr Ali Khan . )
The staff are amazing and very informative throughout initial consultation to the procedure itself .
I was a little anxious on the actual day of surgery but I was instantly put at ease by everyone I met that day . From Ellen nursing staff , Paul in theatre who is so funny , and finally Dr Ali Khan who keeps you informed step by step and very reassuring . I couldn’t believe how quick the procedure took ,
Aftercare is amazing too. ( lisa who removed my stitches )
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who is slightly worried about getting this procedure done .
My bruising is almost gone after two weeks , I should have had this done years ago instead of hesitating .
So far the results are fabulous .

I had a breast augmentation yesterday with LASE Cosmetic — something I’ve wanted since my early twenties. I was always a small A cup, and after recently losing a few stone, I dropped to a AA. Even though I felt good about how I looked overall, having such a small chest was really starting to affect my confidence.

Mr Ali Khan was my surgeon, and honestly — what a guy. He really listened to what I wanted, and he has absolutely delivered. From start to finish, he and his team were incredible on surgery day. I had no nerves at all. Everyone was so down to earth, we laughed and joked, but at the same time they were completely professional. I felt so at ease and genuinely felt like they took an interest in me as a person, not just a patient.

I’d spent months researching different surgeons, and I just knew I wanted no one but Mr Ali Khan. I know it’s only day one post-op, but I’m already in love — I can’t stop looking down at them. I’ve had minimal pain, just a bit of tightness, and nothing that basic paracetamol hasn’t helped with.

I can’t wait to see the final outcome, but I already feel so confident that the results are going to be amazing. If you’re considering breast augmentation, don’t go anywhere else — LASE really are the ultimate dream team, never forget the difference you make.

I had my first consultation with Mr James Wokes at Lase in 2025, after a long discussion and time away to decide, I decided to go ahead with my surgery of breast reduction/uplift in September 2025. Best decision I could have ever made, it has honestly has changed my life so much!! Mr Wokes done an absolute amazing job and it made the surgery feel comfortable and at ease throughout. The after care was also amazing from Mr Wokes and the Nursing Team at Spire Washington!

Underwent a breast augmentation in September 2025 under Mr Ali-Khan. He was extremely thorough, though I had done my own extensive research regarding the surgery itself and many private providers.
Would not hesitate to recommend Lase cosmetics to anyone. From consultation process, to surgery and follow up it has been excellent.
I was very nervous on the day of surgery and all the staff from the reception girls, nurses, anaesthetist and Mr Ali-Khan were fab, reassuring me and helping me feel at ease.

Right from my first consultation with Mr Ali-Khan, I felt totally at ease. He has such a calm and approachable way about him and never makes you feel pressured in any way. I had a breast augmentation and the full experience was extremely smooth sailing I have not one thing I could possibly fault. He helped me choose the size, shape and projection while also ensuring this was suitable for my body type/shape. On the day of my operation I had no worry at all and the full team made sure I was calm and really looked after me. I’m so pleased with the outcome at almost 4 months post op and can’t recommend Mr Ali-Khan enough!

I recently had my second surgical procedure at Lase, this time an extended upper brachioplasty (arm lift) performed by Mr Khashaba. Once again the whole process from initial consultations to follow up has been outstanding. Time is taken for consultations with the opportunity to ask advice and questions about expectations, results and procedures. The whole Lase team really go out of their way to take care of you. Mr Khashaba did a great job with the procedure and I am really happy with the results, and Lisa Ali-Khan went above and beyond to support me with my healing post surgery.

I had my bilateral labiaplasty performed by Dr Ali Khan at Lase Cosmetic. The whole experience was a lot less stressful than I thought. Dr Ali Khan reassured all my anxieties throughout the entire process and the results are amazing and exactly what I wanted. The whole team took good care of me. Would deffo recommend.

I had breast augmentation in June at lase cosmetics with dr Ali khan and right from the start I knew I made the right decision, dr Ali khan was so thorougher about it all! I’m an overthinking about almost everything in my life and I went into that surgery with no nerves just excitement I couldnt believe it myself! I recently had Labiaplasty surgery. I can’t thank Mr Ali-Khan and everyone at Lase Cosmetics enough for the amazing care I received. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease — the whole team is so welcoming, professional, and kind.

Skin lesion removed from face. Excellent service from start to finish. Consultation was thorough and without any pressure. Surgery went very smoothly, with no issues whatsoever. 2 weeks on, and wound has healed really well. Very glad I chose LASE.

I had breast augmentation with Dr Ali-khan yesterday and am pain free! They really are incredible. He is not only a wonderful surgeon but a truly lovely man. They have an incredible team, I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough, they are all absolutely amazing!!! I was made to feel so comfortable and safe from the minute I entered the door. I would find it hard to name one person as every one of them was fabulous with me. Mr Ali-khan talked through everything with me, he never made me feel under pressure and wouldn’t do anything unless it was right for you. I wish I knew about them years ago. On the day of my surgery, I was understandably nervous, but as soon as I met the full team who would be looking after me, all that anxiety disappeared. Each and every person involved was kind, calming, and incredibly professional. I truly can’t sing their praises enough.

Now, just three weeks post-op, I’m already so thrilled with the results. The level of care, attention to detail, and support has been exceptional throughout. I feel so lucky to have been looked after by such an incredible team.

I had my breast augmentation surgery with Mr Ali-Khan back in February and my experience was such a positive one that I would actually do it all over again! Having waited over 20 years to finally take the plunge this is quite a statement from me!

Mr Ali-Khan is not only a wonderful surgeon, he is a really nice person too! This is something you don't always find in this industry! From initial consultation to my almost final result (3.5 months post surgery), I have nothing but good things to say! I am delighted with my results overall but the experience with the team at LASE was just second to none. Each and every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and I never once felt scared or worried I had made a bad choice.

My husband is also a medical professional and despite some trepidation towards the surgery itself, once he met with Mr Ali-Khan, he too was all for me going ahead and fulfilling my dream of having the breasts I had only dreamt of.

I had breast augmentation with Mr Ali Khan. I am over the moon with my results. From the minute I met him I knew he was the surgeon for me. He was so welcoming, very informative and certainly knows his stuff. Every single member of staff is a credit to this clinic from the girls on reception, to the before and aftercare team and the rest of the theatre staff. I had my breast augmentation surgery a couple of days ago and honestly, the entire experience has been a 1000/10. Surgeon Ahamed Ali-Khan and his incredible team at Lase Cosmetic were amazing from start to finish.

From my very first consultation, I was given detailed and well-explained information that made me feel informed and confident. I really appreciated that I wasn’t rushed or pressured into anything — I was only able to book the surgery after my second consultation. This was where I choose sizes ect and Ahamed Ali-Khan always made sure that the decisions were right for me and I fully trusted what he said and he would make them look perfect for me.

At my pre-op appointment, I was made to feel so comfortable and fully aware of what to expect on the day of surgery, thanks to the caring, friendly, and trustworthy staff.

On the day itself, I was naturally nervous — I even had a little cry before going in — but everyone was so kind and calming. They instantly made me feel safe and reassured. Before I knew it, I was waking up with everything done, no complications at all. I honestly didn’t even feel like anything had happened, which was such a relief.

I’m not in any pain, just a little uncomfortable — which is completely normal and expected — but I’m already so happy with how smooth and positive the entire journey has been.

I couldn’t recommend Lase Cosmetic enough. I’m beyond glad I chose them!
