Absolutely terrible service. I was buying a $50 gift card for a friend but recieved an email saying it had failed to go through so I redid it and sent the gift card again. After this I got emails saying they're both been purchased and sent via email. However my friend never recieved them but I was given a copy of the codes. I ended up not needing them so I contacted uber about getting a refund since they hadn't been used yet. I was told by Uber to contact Launch Gift Cards, but after getting nothing but one automated response despite multiple replies I sent I decided to give up and just use the codes myself only to find that both of them were invalid. This is all extremely pittiful considering their website states it has a "100% fraud-free guarantee" and I'm not the only person having this issue. If I don't get a response at this point I'll be going to my bank. Please avoid this fraudulent company at all costs.

No response. I have sent multiple emails over a number of months, and Deliveroo have contacted them too. Nothing.

Should even get one Star?
I didn’t authorize this $200 gift card from Uber.
Nor did I receive a gift card. Since this fraud transactions I have been getting a lot of email from Uber. I didn’t get a receipt cause the person on the phone said my Credit card was declined. And this all started when I call YouTube because I was having trouble with my account. The person on the phone said he could help me with my account

I purchased a $50 Uber gift card on line on 2/2/2021 and my son never received it. I have spent endless hours trying to get problem resolved but nothing yet. I had to buy another gift card.

Multiple CC charges that I did not make from this website. Over $2000 was charged to my account. I have never used this site before in my life. No Verification for payment necessary to make purchases. Do not recommend.

I bought a 200 gift card through the uber

the recipient never got it and i lost my money.

your company's reply to my emails was 1. the payment was voided and money would go back to my account. 2. a week later, today i receive an email saying to check with my bank. I checked with my bank. The charge couldn't be voided in the first place!! I was charged, there was never a problem with the transaction you just didn't send the card and kept my money.

I DEMAND A $200 REFUND OF MY CARD TODAY. I ALREADY OPENED AN INVESTIGATION THROUGH MY BANK AND IM POSTING THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

My experience reflects that of the other reviewers, i.e., Launch Gift Cards is a fraudulent company. They take your money and don't deliver the gift card, it's as simple as that. My experience was with DoorDash, but other companies are affected. The problem is that the customer isn't going to know that LGC is involved in the transaction until it is too late, so I'm not sure what you can do about it, other than simply refrain from buying any gift card online. The people who run this company are criminals and should be in prison, end of story.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE DOORDASH GIFT CARDS OR ANY GIFT CARDS THAT ARE FULFILLED BY LAUNCHGIFTCARDS.COM!!! Purchased a $200 Doordash gift card 12/19/20 that was supposed to be emailed to my son in law before Xmas. The payment posted to my credit card account on 12/21 but the gift card was never emailed/received. My son-in-law checked his inbox, spam, trash etc. On 12/26 I spent hours on the phone - first with Doordash cust service reps who told me I had to deal with LaunchGiftCards.com and who finally transferred me to their rep (no direct customer service number for LGC). The first LGC rep sent me an invalid link to email my complaint, the second sent me a valid link which I used. Waited 2 days to receive an complaint ticket number asking for info that I had previously sent. Sent it again. Now two weeks later have heard nothing back and can’t reach anybody at LGC by phone. Doordash still telling me that they can’t refund my money and that I must deal with LGC.

Couldn't get ahold of Launchgiftcards for two weeks, after the gift card was never sent to the recipient. I finally decided to dispute the credit card charge. Finally, gift card was sent 2 weeks later. Launchgiftcards' response to receiving the dispute was to immediately cancel the gift card. I asked Launchgiftcard to reissue the gift card, but then remembering how long they took to get back to me...I just ended up purchasing a gift card elsewhere.

This whole experience was a frustrating fiasco.

Avoid purchasing DoorDash and Caviar gift cards at all costs.

Been waiting two weeks to fix an email for my gift card and no reply. How can Uber use such a horrible service like this.

Bought a gift card online for my brother's Christmas present, was redirected through Uber website (also not sure if this is a scam?!) but no gift card arrived was due on Christmas day. I emailed them and they said there was no purchase associated with my account so I sent them the email receipt I received and now I am being ignored. Worried this is a scam and making me feel nervous

i only gave them one star as you cant put a zero.
bought a $50 gift card which never arrived. Called them 3 times, twice got hung up on after "let me transfer you to my supervisor" total BS.
the third attempt got place on terminal hold,
Each time they kept telling us the card was shipped and we must have gotten it.
emails were not answered, Su i disputed the charge with AMEX and it was removed.
Then we get an email asking why we basically declined payment??
BECAUSE YOU NEVER SHIPPED THE GIFT CARD.
Avoid this conpany. Just buy a gift card at walmart, your local grocery store etc.

My AmEx card number was stolen and used at Launch Gift Cards for $100. Thankfully AmEx reversed the charge before ever alerting me.

I have never written an online review in my life, but Launch Gift Cards is an incredibly disappointing company and I'd like to prevent others from making the same mistake that I did. I tried to purchase an Uber Eats gift card for a coworker who recently had surgery. Per the Uber Eats webpage, the gift card is emailed "in minutes." It has been six days and the gift card has still not been delivered. I have reached out to Launch Gift Cards several times, to which I get an automated reply that they do not have record of my order, despite me sending the order number and email confirmation repeatedly. Additionally, my credit card has been charged. If you call the Launch Gift Cards phone number, you get a recorded voicemail that says that do not offer phone support. This review is to not only point out the unbelievably ridiculous flaws of Launch Gift Cards, but to urge Uber Eats to reconsider them as a third party vendor. At the end of the day, this experience reflects just as badly on Uber- a TECH company, who somehow cannot manage to deliver an e-gift card upon purchase.

Do not buy; they do not respond. They debited my account and never sent the gift card. I reported them as fraud to my bank.

Launchgiftcards is a partner for a bunch of major food delivery apps. When you search for gift cards from specific companies like Uber or DoorDash, the launchgiftcards.com website might come up in your search results. DON'T CLICK IT. They are a total black box with no useful contact information. I place a nearly $5k order of gift cards and somehow have no way to reach anyone at the company I purchased from. I finally got ahold of someone at door dash, and even they have a hard time getting ahold of their partner. It's a joke and future businesses should avoid getting in business with launchgiftcards at all costs.

They do not tell you on their website that you need to order your bulk gift cards like five days in advance in order to get them. Nowhere on their website does it talk about the fulfillment constraints, and then once they have your money, they tell you that it could take several business days to get the gift cards. Horrible customer experience.

Bought an Uber gift card as a gift. It never arrived. No response at customer service e-mail address. Main corporate contact e-mail just referred me to the inoperative customer service e-mail. I contested the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered 2 gift cards for uber eats for 100$ each. Only one was delivered. I confirmed my credit card was charged for both. I cannot get ANY help recovering the other 100$ or getting the other gift card delivered. This is stealing!!!!! Do NOT buy uber eats gift cards!!!!!!!
