This is the first time I have dealt with Leaders and I found them to be extremely efficient.polite and professional, they are very helpful explaining all the steps necessary and and were always helpful. My experience with a NZ Lillian Cull- Simmons was wonderful.
The key exchange was delightful and efficient and I even received a helpful and friendly moving in box from them.

Had a very pleasant experience with Leaders when we moved to Northampton.
Kristian, in particular, was brilliant and helpful at all stages.

Leaders offered very smooth and fast processing, all the process was online and super fast. My experience with Leaders was an outstanding one. Lillian (Lettings Consultant) offered the best service from calling for viewing till the day the keys were offered.

Thank you for the wonderful experience that I had with Leaders, Northampton and honestly, I'm really grateful towards Lillian for all the help.

Kristian from Leaders Northampton have been guiding me from the being to find a room in Northampton. I liked service because of the prompt email reply from the agents.

The whole application process up to moving in was a smooth process, with the great support of the whole team involved incl Kristian and his team-mates. We really appreciated how professional and accommodating to our needs they were.

My experience dealing with Leaders was friendly and professional. Thanks to Lillian for her kindness

Lovely agency. Very helpful in my experience and we’re always available for my queries. A great first renting experience.

Really Bad experience again.

When we moved in we had lots of issue which they was unable to fix it ( they didn't want, they didn't care at all )

The property was a mess - They was saying that they will do before we move in, but they forced us to sign the contract even earlier and they promise us that everything will be good.

During the tenancy we was without GAS, they did not fix it in time.. We didn't had heat we outside was really cold. We couldn't do any shower...

LIGHT IN BATHROOM wasn't working, they didn't fix it util 1 month after we moved or maybe more...

Carpet was smelling a dog urine...they changed but when we put a bad review ...

Now that we moved out because we really don't like leaders, they are trying to charge us with over 1000£ to clean the house. We cleaned even better the was before. When we moved in the walls was almost black...we cleand, we left everything in perfect for the new people who will be moving in and they still want to charge us because we cleaned...LOL

They said that we had pets. but the true is the people before us they had dog and they put the faul to us.

In my opinion, you should never rent with leaders. THey are really unprofessional , they are trying to get all money from you even if is not your fault. Claiming for things just to get money even if it's all alright.

Never Again.

I had reporting for same help in the property as tenant I received nice support and promise by call from the Alex Eldred, Leaders.

I recently used Leaders and honestly Kristian, the rep that handled our request was really good and helpful. The processes are a bit too much😁but it was worth it and seamless to be fair. And I got a moving in gift. Would recommend anytime!

I recently used Leaders to arrange a room for me and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. The team at Leaders were incredibly professional and friendly, and made the entire process a breeze.

From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive and attentive to my needs. They took the time to ask me about my preferences and requirements, and then set about finding me the perfect room.

What I particularly appreciated about the service was that it was completely tailored to my needs - they didn't try to push me towards any particular option, but instead listened to what I wanted and worked hard to find something that fit the bill.
My experience with Leaders was very fantastic and satisfied. Thanks to all staffs especialy Kristian for your great efforts.

Dear Team,

I wanted to express my utmost appreciation for the outstanding work you all have done throughout the entire process, starting from the moment the house viewing was scheduled, all the way to the documentation requests and the final key handover. I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and attentiveness demonstrated by the team.

I would like to highlight a special mention to Jolanta Stonkute, who graciously waited for me beyond working hours on a Saturday. I was delayed due to my move from London, and their patience and dedication truly went above and beyond. However, I must emphasize that the entire team, particularly Jolanta and Lillian Cull-Simmonds, has shown exceptional care and attentiveness.

Your commitment to ensuring a smooth and seamless experience has not gone unnoticed. The prompt responses to my inquiries, the thorough assistance with document preparation, and the warm and welcoming atmosphere have made this journey a delightful one.

Additionally, I would like to mention that the house was beautifully furnished, and I expressed a strong interest in purchasing some of the items. Although I was informed that the Landlord was not selling them, I later discovered that most of the products were being sold on Facebook. However, I want to make it clear that this does not diminish the high quality of service provided by the Leaders team in Northampton.

I would highly recommend your services to anyone in search of a dedicated and customer-centric team. Your professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are truly commendable.

Once again, thank you for all your efforts in making this process a success. It has been a pleasure working with each and every one of you.

Best regards,
Juliano

The whole process was seamless from the viewing to signing of contracts and payment processes. Lillian was so helpful and answered all of my many requests as a first time renter.

Thank you Kristian for your professionalism since showing me the 1st property! I have not met Jolanta but she was also helpful and answered and actioned quick to all my emails. Brilliant team, I could not recommend more! Even though I could not move into the property due to a change in my circumstances, I wanted to leave a review and say what my experience with Leaders was.
5 stars for them
