Very happy with our experience with Leader Doors. We have an issue with something out of stock and they managed to find some for us so we could get our project underway. Delivery was also super fast

Great product range but expensive delivery service. Generally pleased with my door too, but its much more lightweight and flimsy, which is very surprising being a glazed door. Looked to order another door but put off by shipping cost being 2/3 the cost of the door!

Great quality of the products, and service, we have purchased several doors from Leader Trade, and barn door tracks, the products are always first class.

It's early days into my experience with Leader Doors, but so far, I am delighted.

The doors I bought were competitively priced, but the outstanding part so far is the customer service.

When I signed up for a trade account, the process was easy, and within an hour or so, I had a call from an account manager. There was no product sales pitch, just a "good to meet you, and if you ever need anything, just call."

My first order was only partly in stock on the day I needed it.

However, Stuart was on the case straight away and after a few hours, he had solved it, and the order was back on track.

Without that, I'd have lost a planned day of work.

Fast and friendly customer service, always the most competitive prices with LD and the delivery times are also fast. Trade account easy to use too.

Leader trade was very proactive. As soon as I completed the Trade application form, they called me (Tony), told me stock availability and arranged the order very swiftly and smoothly. Very pleasant and proactive manner. Impressed.

Ordered 5 doors (LT1465B2B) with Leadertrade to the Scottish countryside and it arrived a couple of working days later.

Great prices, great stock, easy to deal with, delivery guy was fantastic, will definitely be back.

The delivery man was polite and very helpful

Staff were really helpful with my order and making amendments. Doors of a good quality and as described on the website. Still to check them all over for any issues.
Delivery was excellent - good communication from delivery guys on time etc. very helpful with off loading.

This is the second time Jamie s has delivered to us. On both occasions he has been prompt very helpful and so pleasant. It’s so lovely to get a delivery man that’s not grumpy and literally dumps the delivery with a grump and then runs away. I know these guys are on the clock but a pleasant 30 second exchange can make all the difference

The delivery driver James kept me posted on my order and arrived exactly when he said he would. Helped me load it into an awkward space which was extremely helpful

Jamie S provided a great delivery service. Called us 20 minutes prior to arrival. Carefully placed the heavy boxes in our prepared area and was generally very polite, positive and helpful. Thanks.

EDIT: No call back received, and I have sent 3 emails asking for a reply. Perhaps Leader Trade is closing down as this isn't how you'd expect to be treated if the company was looking to retain custom. Seems they just don't care.

First two doors were perfect. Third door has been a complete disaster. Misplaced order in the Leader system resulting in delay, delays in responding to messages, door not delivered in the time slot given, half of the order missing, door severely damaged in two places, new door received with fault which is visible when light hits the door - clearly not quality checked, delay responding to emails and calls, passed between departments and a rude call handler who misadvised and couldn't resolve the issue. I am hoping to receive a call back tomorrow from a manager with a solution and will update this review with the outcome but at the present time, I regret using Leader Trade.
