Sent me a damaged pool table light and it took months for them to refund me.
I would have been happy for a replacement but after screwing me around for weeks they couldn’t find a replacement.
It took almost 2 and a half months, countless emails, and many phone calls to get it sorted.
Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.
Edit:
In response to the leafliving reply, yes they initially offered compensation.
$15! Wowsers!!
And told me to “ to pick up a quick touch-up paint pen from a local store”.
A pathetic response.
And yes, after they wasted weeks and then told me they couldn’t find a replacement part, I offered to have the unit repainted myself if they improved the compensation.
And I never said you refused to provide a remedy, I said it took months, unnecessarily. I needed to follow up so many times, a dozen or more emails and a half dozen calls just to find a resolution….
So my review stands, instead of trying to defend yourself against all of these negative reviews, as appears to be your standard approach, please take this as constructive criticism and use it to improve your service next time.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the overall process did not meet your expectations.
For clarity, the issue reported related to cosmetic paint rubbing on the metal lampshades during transit. Although the shades remained structurally intact, we accepted that the finish was not in the condition you expected and discussed several possible remedies with you.
We initially offered a partial refund as a practical solution. When this was not acceptable, you requested replacement shades, and our team agreed to arrange them through an interstate stock transfer. While that replacement process was underway, you subsequently requested a substantial partial refund instead. When that proposal could not be agreed, you changed your preferred resolution to a full return and refund.
We then arranged collection of the complete order and processed the refund after the goods were returned. At no stage did we refuse to provide a remedy. The matter took longer than either side would have preferred largely because the requested resolution changed from compensation, to replacement, and ultimately to a full return.
We remained in communication throughout the process and regret that, despite the options and final refund provided, your experience still fell short of your expectations.
For purchases where immediate in-person inspection or same-day replacement is essential, a local lighting retailer may be better suited than an interstate fulfilment arrangement. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will continue reviewing our packaging and after-sales processes.

Amazing company and purchase!
I had the best experience with purchasing from Leaf Living. I bought a 7ft 4 in 1 games table (pool, air hockey, table tennis and dining table) for my partner’s birthday. John and the rest of the customer service team was incredible and allowed me to delay delivery of the item so the surprise wouldn’t be ruined. I had updates constantly about the delivery process and was kept in the loop at all times. Upon receiving the item, it was exactly as described and amazing quality. It was also very easy to build. Would not recommend
I ordered a pool table and was delivered damaged pool table legs. I contacted them immediately and sent photos and they said they would send out replacements - this was over a week and a half ago and have still not received so much as a tracking number for them. I have emailed and attempted to contacted them several times today by phone, nobody answers the phone number provided. I would think spending over $1000 on an item would warrant some kind of customer service. Would not recommend.

After you reported damage to the table legs, our team created an after-sales replacement order and arranged matching components through our warehouse and delivery network. As this is a large and bulky product, the replacement parts needed to be checked against the original model and finish before dispatch.

HEXJON Mahjong table with chairs
I bought a Mahjong table and we are very happy with it. It looks amazing and works even better. Only thing I can fault with this purchase is the communication side of things. Call center rarely calls back as they promise. Also the product was a few weeks late but it was worth the wait.

I purchased a pool table from Leaf…
I purchased a pool table from Leaf Furniture online on 22 March 2026 for $2,550. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
When the pool table arrived, it was missing parts, preventing assembly. After the missing parts were eventually supplied, I discovered that four additional parts were damaged straight out of the boxes. I reported these issues immediately and have been waiting for replacement parts ever since.
More than three months after my purchase, I am still unable to fully assemble the pool table. For a product of this value, I expected much better quality control and customer service.
The long delays, repeated follow-ups, and inability to use the product have caused significant frustration and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Leaf Furniture. I hope the company improves its quality checks before shipping products and provides much faster after-sales support when customers experience problems.

New Pool Table Arrived Damaged, Refund Refused
I purchased a new pool table from Leaf Living for $3,232.71. Unfortunately, the table was delivered damaged. The damage was discovered during assembly after the packaging was opened, and I immediately reported the issue.
I provided Leaf Living with a detailed timeline of events, photographs of the damaged packaging and table, contemporaneous text messages from my handyman documenting the discovery of the damage, and a written witness statement. Despite this evidence, my request for a refund was declined.
Leaf Living instead offered replacement parts as a goodwill gesture. I purchased a brand-new pool table, not a damaged product requiring repairs, so I did not consider this to be an appropriate outcome.
I have since lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria to seek a resolution.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Leaf Living. The product I received was damaged, and I was disappointed with the way my complaint was handled.

We have reviewed the complete history of this order and believe several important facts require clarification.
First, the figure of $3,232.71 referred to in the review included more than $1,000 in specialist freight for an exceptionally large and heavy product. It was not the purchase price of the pool table alone.
Our delivery records do not show any product damage or dispute being recorded at the point of delivery. The first concern reported to us following delivery related to an alleged mark on the garage floor. The allegation that the pool table itself was damaged was raised subsequently, after the packaging had been opened and third-party handling or assembly had commenced.
Accordingly, the statement that the product damage was immediately reported does not align with the chronology presently contained in our records.
Some of the packaging shown in the materials subsequently provided also does not presently reconcile with the product packaging and consignment records available to us. We have therefore requested further information so that the circumstances can be properly verified rather than assumed.
Leaf Living has not refused to assist. We previously offered replacement components at no cost as a practical goodwill solution. We have now also offered to arrange collection of the complete product, at our initial cost, for a controlled technical assessment at our facility.
A full-refund outcome cannot responsibly be determined before the condition of the complete product, the extent of any damage and the cause of that damage have been assessed. Once that process is completed, we will provide the appropriate remedy based on the verified findings and the applicable consumer law.
We respect the customer’s right to contact Consumer Affairs Victoria and will cooperate with any formal review. We equally believe that any assessment should be based on the complete chronology and evidence from all parties.
Our objective remains to resolve this matter professionally, fairly and on the basis of established facts.

What a disgusting experience …
What a disgusting experience and service.
I spent almost $2000 with this company, had to follow up my own order ETA over a week after placing it, as I received no notification.
I spent close to $600 alone to have the delivery delivered upstairs and installed. The driver was 5 hours late, didn’t speak English and didn’t bring all the boxes for the installation. I am now having to chase up the completion of my installation and customer service is woeful.
Buyer beware - I would not waste your money with Leaf Living.

For clarity, your order was placed on 19 June, and our team completed both the delivery and upstairs installation on 3 July, which is within the normal scheduling timeframe for a large and super heavy pool table requiring specialist delivery and installation.
These products are exceptionally heavy and require coordinated logistics, specialised equipment, and experienced installers. While arrival windows on the day may occasionally vary due to traffic conditions and earlier deliveries, our installation team completed the delivery and installation as scheduled.
Following installation, our Sydney manager personally visited your address on the following Saturday to deliver an additional accessory package so that you could begin enjoying the table as soon as possible.
Throughout the process, we remained in regular communication and, as a goodwill gesture, also explored additional commercial solutions in an effort to improve your overall experience.
For customers reading this review, we have also included the photos and videos after the installation on the day so everyone can view the product in its complete condition and make their own assessment.

I purchased a plain black pool table
I purchased a plain black pool table. At the factory where I picked it up we were told there were no accessories left and they would send them out.
This was now 5 weeks ago and we have still not received them or advised of an expected date.
When we got it home it was a Jack Daniels pool table (which is not the table we ordered).
Again it has now been 5 weeks and no update on either the accessories or the table from Leaf Living.
A very poor experience so far.
Update: After leaving a 1 star review I miraculously had the delivery date set and arrive within 2 days. Accessories included this time, although the triangle is highly warped and the cues have no varnish so they are raw wood. We got what we paid for I guess.
Update: After posting this review leaf living then posted a video of me out the front of my house without my consent on YouTube.
I have now had to delete the review and repost to remove it. I am still waiting for them to remove it from YouTube.

4 in 1 Pool table
I was about to place an order with another supplier for a 4 i n 1 Pool Table but need further clarification concerning delivery and installation before I order. I tried several attempts to contact the supplier in NSW but either have difficulty in contacting or when contacted did not a satisfactory answer. So I found Leaf Living also from NSW but with a warehouse in Bayswater who can supply very similar equipment. On contacting the company , I was able to obtain a local contact number of Nathan based in Bayswater. I discussed with him the logistic of delvery and installation and told him I need the equipment delivered and installed by at least two people as I am in my 80's . Nathan was very helpful and assured me that he will arrange for delivery and installation as I require. A few days ago he came with another driver to deliver the equipment as arranged , and completed the installation to my satisfaction.
I would not have ordered from Leaf Living had I not been able to talk to a local representative and got assurance of the service it can provide .

Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with Leafliving.
I ordered a bunk bed as a birthday present for my daughter and waited more than a month for delivery. When the product finally arrived, it appeared damaged/defective and not in the condition reasonably expected for a new item.
After raising the issue and providing photographs, instead of addressing the defects and offering a clear resolution, the response focused on installation explanations rather than the condition of the product supplied.
As a customer, I expected a product delivered in acceptable condition and prompt support when concerns were raised. Instead, the process has been stressful, time consuming and disappointing.
I requested collection of the faulty item and a full refund and am now considering escalation through the appropriate consumer channels.
I hope the company improves both quality control and after-sales support so future customers do not experience the same issue.

The order subsequently proceeded to delivery and professional installation.
Since installation, a number of additional concerns have been raised and have been discussed extensively with our team. Throughout this process, we have carefully reviewed the information provided, the installation records, photographs, videos, and the documented history of the order.
For transparency, our records show that the product was delivered and installed successfully, and installation completion records have been retained as part of our service documentation. We have also provided detailed explanations regarding the matters raised, together with multiple resolution options designed to address the concerns presented.
As a business, we respect every customer's right to raise concerns and request assistance. Equally, we have a responsibility to assess matters based on factual evidence, our published policies, warranty obligations, and the framework of Australian Consumer Law. While we endeavour to accommodate reasonable requests wherever possible, not every requested outcome will necessarily be supported by the facts of the case or applicable consumer protections.
For this reason, all decisions relating to this matter have been made following a review of the available evidence and in accordance with our obligations as a responsible Australian retailer.
At the time of writing, discussions remain ongoing and we continue to work toward a fair and reasonable outcome. We remain willing to engage constructively and professionally in an effort to resolve the matter.
