Learning Roots Reviews

Beautifully made book capture the attention of Young readers.
Jazak Allah for the smooth and timely delivery.

I ordered the set of 5 Prophet books and the Sahaba cards. They are a wealth of knowledge ,and are most beautifully illustrated.

Only a couple of improvements / changes I would suggest :

1.The box of Sahaba cards is a bit snug, we worry it would damage soon after frequent removal /replacement of the cards.

2.The story of Esa AS , my daughter questioned the phrase "I am a slave of Allah". Because before the story of Esa AS , we covered Musa AS and told her how slavery was bad and Islam abolished it .
We could have ,"I am a servant of Allah". (quoted from the story of Isa AS P26)
And certain details of Maryam AS's pain etc maybe a bit advanced for younger children .

Amazing quality books with beautiful illustrations. Package arrived on time. Thank you for a great service

Excellent books

Lots of brightly coloured and interesting books for little ones, there was a slight issue with the print on one page of a book. This was quickly resolved to a level beyond my expectation and I was really happy with the excellent customer service and professionalism. Keep up the brilliant work!

All the books from this company are the best quality and my kids love them! Highly recommend for all ages.

The box of manners is really educative and useful! So glad I bought it for my little one.

You are doing important things to the whole family who want to raise their children in the right way

I really really like it and my son also likes books .

it was not clearly stated that the pen had to be purchased separately even through I was offered the option of spending more to save on shipping and another book on offer that I ended up baying and still nothing popped up suggesting that I could or should purchased the pen that goes with the book.
I was very disappointed when the books arrived as I am a convert and can't use the book without the pen.
I feel this is misleading and a way to make people purchase more.
I think there should be more clarity and advice about the package you order.

Amazing, high quality set of book.
My 3 and 9 year old children loved it.
The Pen is very useful and makes children want to learn the Arabic alphabets and Quran:

I have had a bad experience with this company. While no doubt the business concept and the products are good, and I do all I can to support small businesses over Amazon, the service so far has been underwhelming.

A small business normally runs a tight ship and is supposed to have a personalised service, especially if you name your customer service “Customer Happiness Officer.”

Very slow response time to emails, no apologies given, no transparency and updates over purchase to shipment process...

I understand the problems currently at UKs borders for shipping outside to other European countries and I don’t blame the company for it but in all situations, communication is key!

I buy hundreds of pounds every month in e-shopping and this business has still lots to improve when it comes to customer relations and logistics.

At the moment I feel I am the business and they are the customer by the way I have to ask to be informed of basic purchase information.

Good service fast delivery.

Me muslims have suffered for years with mediocre children’s education products, not any more!

I have bought kiitab for my childen and Juz Amma and they both memorised the juz within a couple of months!!(age 7 and 6)

Learning roots is brilliant. Allah reward them and I genuinely hope they add to their portfolio of brilliant products
