I had a great experience with Lefton customer service after discovering an issue with a sink when we moved into our new home. Even though the sink had been discontinued, their team went out of their way to help me find a solution and worked with me to get a replacement cartridge. I really appreciate their willingness to help and their commitment to customer satisfaction, even with a discontinued product. Excellent customer service and a company that stands behind its products!

Lefton makes great products and my entire home is outfitted with Lefron products. I have 3 bathroom faucets, 2 shower systems and a kitchen sink system. I have had them almost two years with no issues. They are very high quality and I get also get many compliments from friends that visit. I highly recommend all Lefton products!

We bought a home with a Lefton faucet. The previous owners had turned the hot water heater to max and before we had adjusted it, the heat burned out the temp sensor.

Customer service was generous enough to send a replacement sensor, even though we could not find the original order nor confirm the actual model. The replacement worked perfectly and we have a fully working faucet again.

I had an issue with our new kitchen sink and reached out to customer support. Within just a few days, the problem was resolved quickly and hassle-free, with no questions asked. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the smooth, professional way everything was handled.

Most importantly, my wife is happy, and that makes me happy too! 😊

I really love my Lefton sink! I've had it for over a year and still get compliments when friends come over. The customer service is great! I had a problem with the installation but they had me back on track in no time. I highly recommend buying a sink from Lifton.

I ordered the KS2207L kitchen sink back in 2025. We are just now getting to the end of the kitchen renovation and noticed I misplaced the bottle for the soap dispenser. I emailed them asking how to purchase a new dispenser and they responded quickly and will replace it for free! They are a top notch company with their fabulous products and great customer service. Thank you Lefton!

Customer service is nonexistent. They don't answer their phones, encourage you to email them., but they never reply. Reconsider when buying from this company.

Lefton was great returning the gold faucets for brushed nikkel as we changed directions on the design. They were great to deal with and would recommend doing business with them!

Purchased the sink for my kitchen. Love the blue light especially at night. High quality non scratch sink. The large size basin changed my mind from a double sided sink. It is so easy to wash large pans etc.

Auf Lefton Home hatte ich mir mehr Auswahl erhofft, aber stattdessen wurde ich mit einer einzigen, nicht einmal besonders ansprechenden Variante konfrontiert. Das war einfach nicht fair. Ich hatte mir mehr Vielfalt und Qualität erträumt, aber stattdessen landete ich in einer Sackgasse. Schade, dass die Website nicht mehr bietet. Ich werde sicherlich nicht wiederkommen.

Updating my earlier review (Order #33833).

We had a rough start: our faucet developed a leak from the mixer valve body, and the first replacement part sent was a cartridge that our plumber confirmed wouldn't fix it. Early on it was also hard to get a response, which was frustrating with our kitchen sink unusable.

That said, once we escalated with photos and video showing exactly where the leak was, Lefton stepped up. They confirmed the issue, and rather than sending another partial part, they shipped us a complete faucet assembly under warranty. It arrived and we've verified we received everything needed to resolve the problem. We're having our plumber install it now.

I appreciate that Lefton stood behind their product and sent the full system to make this right. Raising my rating to reflect the resolution. Once it's installed and running I have no reason not to be fully satisfied.

I have been using my Lefton KS2207L kitchen sink for the past two years, and it has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. The sink is incredibly useful, well-designed, and packed with features that make daily tasks much easier.
​Recently, I experienced a small issue with the cutting board that came with the unit. I reached out to Lefton’s customer support team, and they were brilliant. They responded incredibly fast and arranged to replace the cutting board under warranty at absolutely no cost to me. It is rare to find a company that stands behind their products so strongly. I highly recommend Lefton for both their high-quality products and their exceptional customer service!

We ordered the top line sink we received it within a week of ordering. Unfortunately we had many delays with our kitchen remodel and we did not open the box until two months after receiving. When we opened the box we found that the sink was damaged, bent on one corner. I figured we were not going to have good luck getting a replacement. Well we had GREAT UNEXPECTED SERVICE.
I sent an email detailing our situation and I got a response the next day. Lefton was going to send me another sink!
I received the replacement sink in less that a week!!! Their service was incredible.

We've had our sink for a couple months and finally got it installed. It looks great! Our plumbers that installed it were impressed with it's look and functionality. I can't wait until our kitchen is fully remodeled to use it.

I had a quick response from Lefton on a small issue I had with my kitchen faucet. There suggestion fixed the problem right away. I think there products are pretty amazing and I am sure I will be purchasing more in the future.

This is a great product and customer service is prompt and efficient. Any warranty issues are resolved quickly without any delay. I would absolutely recommend this product.
