walk in works like a piece of art. I wish the directions were a little more detailed. It was worth the extra money for all the amenities it has.

Terrible customer service. total rip off. the waterfall work station sink was absolute rubbish. Several features did not work at all after install. They blamed the plumber and refused to issue a refund. They wanted me to ship it to them at my expense so they could evaluate it and decide weather a refund was to be given or not. No assurance of resolution whatsoever. They also sell refurbished items... So based on thier customer service I would expect they would just sell this pos to someone else and blame my plumber without any refund issued. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to really pay attention to their return pollicies and just for kicks, go ahead and call their customer service number and get a taste of what youre in for. (1 (601) 564 0548 ) Better off going to a big box store of your choice. At least they will have replacement parts if needed and usually have pretty good customer service

Lefton corrected my order where I made mistakes. Their customer oriented approach is very good.

We installed a Lefton kitchen sink in 2023, complete with multi function spray hose, vegetable washer and other upgrades from a standard kitchen sink.
A few weeks ago, the button on the spray nozzle broke. A quick email to Lefton and after confirming my addresss they sent a new replacement nozzle.

What a great sink! It's the start of the show in my kitchen. The wonderful parts, faucets, water fountains etc. what’s not to love. Great customer service too.

The 7L sink I ordered arrived shattered. I contacted via phone and email (included pics). I was promptly emailed back and customer service responded that another sink was already getting prepared to ship. It arrived in perfect condition, although we held our breath opening it b/c there was a long gash in the box.
I would recommend that the packing be improved and increased as there are a lot of reviews with the glass shattered upon arrival. The 2nd one was shipped exactly the same as the first. Lefton would probably save a lot of money!

Customer service is outstanding. We initially had two challenges with our kitchen sink. The lights and temperature readout were not working. Upon contacting customer service, they advised us that the motor was most likely installed upside down. After turning it around, everything worked perfectly. We also had a small leak at the crimp just above the sprayer head. They promptly are sending us a new part. Great customer service and we love the new sink.

Just a quick update on the small hose leak - We received a replacement part within two days! Great customer service - Highly recommended company.

Faucet was faulty, contacted customer service, was sent a replacement within a few days, issue resolved quickly and with courtesy.

Suite à l'achat d'un robinet rotatif monotrou avec affichage de la température-BF2204, quand j'ai vu qu'il était expédié de Chine, j'ai eu un doute sur la qualité.
Et bien mon doute n'était pas justifié. Le robinet est de très bonne qualité et facile à installer. La notice est en Anglais mais facile à comprendre grâce aux illustrations.

The products are fantastic. I purchased an entire sink system for my kitchen. There were some things that I thought they could improve on (turning the water on and off and temperature control).

When my parents were doing their kitchen, they admired my sink system so much, they also purchased it. They purchased the updated sink and the minor issues I had were all fixed.

I would never hesitate to buy any products from this company. The customer service is outstanding and has replied to all of my inquiries, even after I purchased my sink, with not only the best time frame but also with real solutions that included videos and step by step assistance. I bought the KS2207 and it has lots of fancy features we have had it for almost six months now and I still absolutely love it.

I heard about Lefton from a Facebook spot and did some research. I liked what I read so I bought 2. Beautiful to look at, easy to install, quality components and higher water pressure.. I just bought 7 more. In a few days they will be here and I will easily install them, too.

I have 4 Lefton Home faucets in my house - all of them are amazing. The sleek and modern look is timeless and their operation is per described. I installed all four myself in less than an hour each with basic hand tools. Fast shipping as well.

Ordered the workstation sink. The strainer accessory arrived rusty. Contacted customer service within the 30 days but they would not help with a return. Poor quality and customer service.
