Recieved a faucet with missing parts. Requested the missing parts. After several emails. There sending a replacement faucet. Witch is ok with me to get to my resolution. I still think it would have been simpler to just sending the missing hardware. But I'm please with the outcome.

Extremely poor customer service. No real contact no. Robotic voice.

The customer service team made efforts to fix my issue. I received my refund promptly. It helped. Appreciate their efforts.

Lefton Customer Service Dept. is the best we have ever received in my life time. Rapid response to our issues, nice and even answers every question we have. We give the dept. a five-star rating!! Now, the motor water controlled LED in the faucet needs attention though. Our new faucet LED is great, but only lasted a month. We received a new motor two times as they both would not even start to work. They say there is no battery but something is wrong with the design and the engineers and techs need to work on the problem. On our last failure April 28th, 2025, Customer Service said they would send us a new faucet. This is great! We hope we don't have anymore issues as we love the articulating faucet with the temperature LED reading. Thank You, Tim A. Wentz

Basically I had a issue with the height of one shower systems and lefton was very quick and helpfull giving me a solution when it was me that didn't take for account some mesurements.
They were very fast responding to every email and super nice.

Open my sink out of the box to install it and it had a slight imperfection.(May have been damaged in shipping) Dealing with customer service was great without hesitation, they rectified the situation immediately, Even after the initial time period had passed. Looking forward to using this thing for years to come.

Had an issue with one of the two Lefton faucets being crooked when we installed it and they sent a new one out to us right away and it got to us really fast. Great customer service.

We purchased a Lefton Kitchen faucet and had it installed. After a few days, the faucet started to leak from the inside of the faucet housing. Had had to quickly replace it with a faucet from Lowe's. We contacted Lefton and requested a return. They wanted us to provide a photo or video showing the defect. Well we can't do that because the defect is inside the hosing of the faucet. All we want to do is return it, where customer servicer has been non responsive and poor. It difficult to reach their customer service phone number and attempting to send an email to their company just bounces with an invalid email address. Looks like I'm out $200.00. I will never purchase another product from this lousy company.

Very good customer service. Due to I bought a wrong product, and requested cancel order in 24 hours, the customer service is very quick to response to me and process cancelation and refund.

4 étoiles car le service client par mail est présent et rapide de ce côté là j'ai rien à signalé c’est impeccable pour le remplacement des pièces défectueux ou manquant.

Cependant je regrette seulement mon achat d’un evier avec rinceur de verre pensant avoir pris le meilleur finalement pas du tout dans le sens où si par erreur une personne appuie sur le bouton il se declanche automatiquement même sans verre donc votre cuisine est trempé.
Il y'a eu ossi le fait que lors de son utilisation du rinceur de verre l’eau coule le long du rebord du levier donc surprise sur le plan de travail toute est innondé également et à part me dire de le serrer et de me donner une nouvelle pièce qui ne change rien a mon probleme jai du condamner ce bouton et retirer cette option ce qui est domage car c’etait l’option le plus interessant pour ma part .

Si un des boutons reste ouvert très legerement pensent l’avoir fermé je me suis retrouver avec plein d'eau sur le plan de travail fin de journée à cause de se rebord ou l’eau sort le long et coule aux extrémités.

Concernant la douche les jet d’eau sont super mais préparer vous à avoir plein d'eau au plafond donc finalement je ne l’utilise plus car ce genre d’appareil sert uniquement au douche carreler du sol au plafond y compris. Je compte le démonter et en mettre un simple pour une location pour éviter tout catastrophe.

Lefton bathroom faucet doesn’t fit in a standard bathroom sink opening. The water inlet requires you to hand tighten hose through the faucet. The adapters for the valves have to be tightened just right within each other or they leak. They don’t seat tight. I’ve installed dozens of faucets and this one I threw in the trash bin.

We had two separate issues with our purchase (Lefton 33x22 Inch Waterfall Faucet Kitchen Sink with Digital Temperature Display & LED Lighting-KS2207L). The first issue was that the sink bowl was damaged on arrival. Contacted customer service and they replaced it with a new one. Had the new sink delivered in less than a week. Second issue was after install and the LED lights / digital temp display were not working. Contacted customer service and they had a fix within a day for me. Installer made the adjustment and the issue was resolved. I really applaud excellent service and they checked all the boxes. Wife and I LOVE the sink too. Thanks Lefton!

Great support team. Ordered sink but light and display didn't work. Team was very helpful and patient with me cause I couldn't get someone to go under the sink right away (I'm in a wheelchair). They identified the problem, sent out replacement part and help it get installed correctly. I love my sink. Great team and product.

I purchased a sink for my clients remodel last year and needed a part a year later to connect to the dishwasher. I reached out to customer service and they shipped it out immediately.
