BUYER BEWARE! When I saw the advertisement on the internet for these, I knew I had to have one. I ordered it (Model KS2207) and it arrived in a timely manner. Upon installing it, that's when the problems began. This unit uses the metric system for all of its connectors and pipes. In the United States, we don't use metric. We use Imperial/English measurements. They do not include any adapters to these units being shipped to the United States. I had to completely/permanently remove the P-trap and the drain system included with the sink and install a similar sized (Imperial/English) sink drain in order to connect to my drain pipe under the sink. This means that the dial on the control panel no longer controls the opening and the closing of the sink drain. This is because it MUST connect to a metic threaded pipe. Also, there is the freshwater faucet on the far right side of the unit which has no connections at all (which should be included, but isn't) so you cannot use it. On top of that, the water coming out of the sink has very low pressure because the braided lines that they include are a much smaller diameter than the braided lines that we use (on kitchen sinks) in the United States. Once again, these are metric and not imperial/english so I can't just run down to Home Depot and buy an adapter with a bigger braided lines. No (metric to english) adapters for these braided water lines are included either. I called customer service (weekday during business hours) but I get some Chinese outgoing voice message that doesn't translate and you can't leave a message on their system.

This was a very expensive mistake. Don't make the mistake that I did. If you want something similar, go on Kohler's website which is in Wisconsin and buy something that is American made.

Purchased a faucet from Lefton. I have yet to install it as I'm still completing renovations but the build quality seems really solid and it's very innovative compared to what you typically find. I had a question for their customer service team who was top notch and replied very quickly and clearly. Very happy so far and looking forward to enjoying my new faucet!

The faucet is great to use. The adjustability is awesome to wash your face and rinse down the sink. Although a little challenging to take it apart to connect the hoses, once installed it works flawlessly

I am in the process of remodeling a bathroom. I had been shopping around for fixtures, when I saw an ad for Lefton's 360 degree faucet, and went to the company's site. After comparing to other brands, I purchased two faucets and was impressed. The components are of superior quality and reasonably priced. Later I purchased a shower system from the company. When I recieved the shower system, it was damaged some how during shipping. I emailed the company about it. They asked for a few photos of the damage, and imediately sent me a new one after I sent the requested photos. Great customer service. The shower sytem is great. You can actually use four functions at once without losing pressure. On all the other brands I looked at, you can only use two at a time.

Lefton is a very serious brand. and very responsive, I recommend 100%

We have lefton faucets in all our bathrooms and in the kitchen and love them. Recently the temperature display stopped working on the waterfall faucet after about 2 years. I contacted the company and they worked with me to fix the problem by providng several replacement parts at no cost. I love how they stand behind their products! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience with the faucets themselves (we already bought 5 of different types from Lefton, all great) but also with customer service when we needed tech support for one of the faucets.
Resolution was fast, smooth and the service rep was very helpful, polite and kind.
Highly recommend this brand overall.

Sturdy and easy to clean!
The are of good quality and attachments are easily cleanable in dishwasher. I returned the one I got from amazon as I found the quality of this better for one with comparable price.

Excellent customer service and follow through.
The knob that controls the water became very hard to turn. I contacted customer service and they sent UTube video on how to removed the valve and reset it. We had a plumber come and we discovered that the valve had a crack in it.
I explained the situation to customer service and they immediately sent a replacement valve (and a needle nose plier to more easily removed the valve). No cost. Installed the replacement valve and noted that it was operating well - easily turning on & off. The valve never operated that well.
Great support - no problems since.

There was a miscommunication with my faucet order (probably my fault). I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me another one at no cost! Besides bragging on the technology and quality of the product, I really appreciate the after purchase support I have received. Thank you Lefton !

I am so happy with the look and functionality of my new Lefton sink! What a great addition to my new kitchen in my new apartment! Best choice ever!
