In the last 2 years we bought 2 sink
First time the delivery man used the sink as a playtoy and the sink was destroyed
But lefton gave us the money back right away - fantastic service !

Second zink were missing a plug and there was a fabric fail on the cutting board
We wrote to them and they immediately send the plug and new cutting board

I’m very close to give five stars because of the fantastic service - despite the problems

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly recommended

Sink installed for 6 months. Plating/Powdercoating starts to come off a few parts (reading a few other reviews not an isolated problem either). I contact customer service and they tell me I need to wait 2 months for replacement after initially trying to get out of it by suggesting our cleaning liquids were causing the problem. Only typical washing detergents ever used. Then only one replacement part sent, one missing. Then the wrong second replacement part sent. 3 months later problem still not resolved.

Ordered a faucet for our bathroom - they immediately corrected the problem.

The quality of this product is first rate with the construction being well above average, especially for the price. It is a fantastic tap to use with all of the adjustments possible and the temp display looks amazing, as well. Highly recommended!

The customer service group at Lefton Home has been very responsive and responded very well, including questions and communication i had made on their website Chat App. They were helpful in getting the proper shipment address setup as well as ensuring that the temperature display will be set in Celsius as we are located in Canada. We are very excited to receiving the Sink and have it installed. Thanks goes to the customer service team for reacting so quickly and efficiently on our order today. Good Job Team!

Had a great experience with customer support team. Our sink didn't have led display so I reached out to customer support team and they sent us new motor to replace the broken one. Highly appreciate it.

The customer service has been exceptional. Questions have been answered promptly. I have received the sink but have not yet installed it.

The sink looks great on line, but not so good when it arrived - cutting board damaged, sink dented and drain cover dented. My plumber spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to get the garbage disposal attached and was not able to complete the job. The instructions advise you to get rid of all of their drain plumbing if you are going to install a disposal - with no instructions on what to buy or how to hook it up. It was very excited to get it and it is unfortunately junk that is going back!

Hello, I have to share a negative review of the Lefton Single Bowl Workstation Kitchen Sink Set with Waterfall Faucet-KS2203 × 1. The overall quality does not match the price, the faucet doesn’t fit properly into the sink pocket, the plastic drain was leaking, and I had to fix the leaks with silicone. Customer support is unresponsive to obvious issues and only offers to send a 'gasket set' instead of replacing the defective item.

This is what they said. And they assumed design problem but no refund.

Dear Customer,

Our tech-team said this situation is not caused by the faucet but the water flows down the counter top through the gap. Please try not to pour water on the buttons when you are using the faucet, if you will inevitably pour water on the buttons, we suggest putting a cushion between the faucet and the sink. Hope this helps.
