The website clearly states a 30 day return policy, but when you start the return, they make you send pics of the shipping box, the box and the parts inside the box....then they approve your return...tell you that you are responsible for sipping it back, and you you 2 weeks to return it with a tracking number and if you don't jump thru all their hoops...you never get a refund. I'm contacting my credit card company and disputing this charge!

Frankly, this was the best customer service I have ever had from the speed of response to resolving issues. I placed an order on a weekend to get a product in Canada but my my credit card address is in the US as I just moved to Canada. The system mistakenly replaced the shipping address to credit card address. I emailed customer service to correct the address but they highlighted that I actually had place two items one with polish gold and one with bushed gold and if that was by intention which was not and I emailed back and the corrected this issue and confirmed my shipping address to be changed to my Canadian address. This all happened on a weekend. I received my products but even though the order actually indicated both products to be brushed gold, one part was polished gold. I emailed them back and again within hours they suggested that they will send me the brushed gold piece at no cost. This is what I consider the best customer service, speed, resolution, and care for the customer.

Had to make a claim on two faucets that were still under warranty. Customer Service was prompt and communicative and sent me replacements within a week. Great experience!

Customer service was great, I will not hesitate to connect if needed because the customer service was very helpful and good.

Ordered 2 identical faucets and pretty much immediately got called out of state for a family emergency that turned into an extended stay - when returned I opened the boxes and one of the faucets was not only the incorrect style but was black instead of the satin nickel. I was over the 30 days return window but I emailed customer service and they couldn’t have been nicer! They immediately sent me a replacement based on my pictures and their customer service agent. Unique faucets we get lots of compliments and a stand up company.

I bought 2 bathroom sink faucets. One had scratches in the finish. (Not from the plumber). I emailed CustomerService, sent a video of the damage, had a response in 12 hours saying they are sending a new faucet.

After I misplaced a part and reached out for help, I received prompt customer service that has helped me resolve the issue. Highly recommended.

Customer service is great and easy to work with. Product is high tech and durable.

I absolutely love this sink! The design is modern, elegant, and it completely upgraded the look of my kitchen. It’s not only beautiful but also very functional and convenient to use every day.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind their product the way they do.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend it. It’s one of the best sinks I’ve ever had!

Excellent Customer Service.
After an initial hiccup in delivery, Lefton were very quick to respond and solve the issue. I would highly recommend this company not only in the products they sell but the follow thru with customer service.

I am very happy with my purchase. I’ve had for over a year now & all buttons & sensors are still working. They are so kind when I reached out to them to receive a hose for the overflow part. It does take a little while to hear back from them, about a full day, but they still get back to you!!

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Lefton Home.

I received wrong parts twice in a row. The buttons they sent:
- were from a different sink model,
- do not fit at all (the mounting part is clearly longer),
- and to make things worse, the package contained four buttons in four completely different shades instead of a matching set.

This is not a small mistake – it shows a complete lack of quality control.

I contacted their support multiple times and sent clear photos as evidence. At first, they responded, but after the second incorrect delivery, they completely stopped replying.

So now I am left with:
- unusable parts,
- wasted time,
- and zero support from the seller.

This is extremely unprofessional. If something goes wrong, you cannot rely on them to fix it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Very quick to respond. Faucet was still under warranty, so they sent a new one very quickly. Excellent customer service.

This has to be one of the best products I ever purchased. I'll say I was sadden when the temperature sensor stopped working. I definitely was extremely happy when I reached out to customer service (after discovering that the sink is still in warranty) and they were very quick to reply and send a replacement for the sensor. Thank you so much for being accommodating and friendly with this problem.

Initial package got lost so after almost 3 weeks I messaged their customer support on a Wednesday and received a new package by that Monday. Great quality faucets and will be looking into more Lefton products for my home.

We ordered a sink that looked very nice online. We were very excited for an integrated sink system with fun features. However, when our granite installer looked at it he said it won’t work with our kitchen. We were disappointed that we couldn’t use the sink, so we went through the process to return it, which took a while, but did eventually end in a refund. Please take a look to make sure your countertop design will work with this sink size before ordering. Our countertop installer said this is common.

I noticed that I had ordered the wrong color with my order. I emailed customer support several hours after the initial order, stating what I had done. They responded with stating that they stopped the order and were changing the color for me.
This is my first time using this company. If this is how they treat their customers than you have a customer for life. I will brag to everyone on the exceptional service I received even before I used their product. Can't wait for my order to arrive and put it to good use.

I don't have a positive experience with this company.
I cannot ship the unused item back to this company because the customer service is extremely slow with their response.

Thought that I had not received all my order in fact I was mistaken but communication
with Lefton representative was quick and straightforward and I was very impressed with response time!
