We have had the pleasure of working with Simmy at Lendlord twice now and both times have been fantastic. From start to finish the process had been seamless making a stressful process incredibly smooth. The knowledge and problem solving was exceptional and without this I don’t think we would have achieved the results we did. We felt updated throughout and couldn’t have been happier with the whole service we received.

I’ve been using the Lendlord portal for a week now, and it has already completely transformed the way I manage my property portfolio (beats my spreadsheet!). Accessible people and prompt response times from start to finish with all matter of queries. Also, reviewed our interest rate part way through and were able to get a revised mortgage offer towards the end of the process with a lower mortgage interest rate.

Used the website for a few months. Nothing special. I avoided their bridging loan - I'm not paying £8k to borrow £40k.

Then the annual auto-renew comes up. No warning email. That's behaviour straight from crappy dating websites. And no reply from customer support.

BEWARE, cancel your membership renewal, and AVOID companies with such business practices.
