Lendlord offer a fantastic online platform which allows you to analyse and apply for various finance options easily (this is what first attracted me to them) that said what was more impressive is the ability to actually speak to a team who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As a relatively new property developer I really felt these guys were supporting my business needs.

Have just completed on a mortgage and have been very impressed with the advice and knowledge from Simmy (Simranpreet Kaur). She has been fantastic from start to finish and we would not hesitate to use her expertise again. Here's to many more properties to come! Looking forward to dealing with you again Simmy and to building our Lendlord portfolio!

I was looking for a mortgage, (which I was unable to get) but the service, communication and effort made by Simmy was absolutely excellent. Will return to Lendlord in the future. I really love the site too and while I'm only using it in a limited way, I'm very happy it's there for me.

Landlord have a highly knowledgeable brokerage team who were consistently on the front foot through my BTL remortgage and new BTL mortgage application. They held 3rd parties in the process accountable ensuring fastest possible transition, allowing me to divest myself of that time consuming role of 'chaser'. I highly recommend Simmy and the team.

Very professional service.

Not a bad online tool for managing portfolio but the whole thing is just a lead generator for their mortgage brokerage. They use bait and switch to draw you in knowing fine well the deals are not available. Complained to them direct on a few occasions, went nowhere.

Offer nothing apart from hassle and have wasted a lot of my money
