The lens are great

The lens are great, clear and what I asked for. These werte for a set of smart glasses. I use them at the office so I may listen and work on my computer.

Good service for a great price

Thanks to Lensabl I finally have my new prescription lenses in my signature ‘square peg’ frames. And I couldn’t be happier.

Since I have a collection of frames that need new lenses after cataract surgery, I checked with my optometrist and they wanted $500 JUST TO REPLACE the lenses in frames I already own and love. I will definitely use them again.

Ordered glasses and frames and didn’t get them

Ordered glasses and frames, everything was easy to do on their website and the price was great. I found them from a sponsored ad on Google. A week after the order they contacted me that the exact frame wasn’t available but gave me options to choose from. After another week those were no longer available and they had an unknown timeframe of when they’d get the Ray-Ban frames from the supplier. I wanted another week and after that I bought them somewhere else. The customer service was good but slow and the lack of fulfillment was very disappointing. I probably wouldn’t shop here again due to this poor first impression.

NEVER AGAIN! NEW CUSTOMERS BE WARNED!!

Ordered glasses from the over 2 weeks ago. They promised shipment in 6 business days. It's been over 12 business days now and their site is still promising shipment in 6 business days. The worst thing is that their customer service cannot give you update on your order. They would promise to find out what was going on and contact you with an update, but never would. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM LENSABL AGAIN.

UPDATE: Lensabl responded to the above review and said they anticipated my glasses would be completed on May 23 bar any unforeseen circumstances. I paid for overnight delivery, so if completed on May 23, I should at least have received it now. Today is May 29, I still haven't received the glasses yet. The original order was placed over 3 weeks ago. Again, never again will I do business with these people; new customers be warned!!

One of the lenses was lose from the…

One of the lenses was lose from the frame. These are my old frames that I had refilled. The Rx seems good but I had to reset the lose lens with some difficulty. Disappointing...if I could manually reset the lens into the frame the techs at Lensabl should be able to. I will use Lensabl again but if a future problem occurs I will take business elsewhere.

Fantastic Final Product, Poor Timeline Transparency

Customer service responses were prompt, but sometimes vague. The order took about 2.5 weeks to complete which is really not long to wait, but the task bar on the site didn’t fill in with each step so it appeared as if nothing was happening with the order. I think it would greatly enhance the experience if they would just be transparent about how long it will take before your order is processed instead of estimating 7 business days. It gives the customer the impression something is wrong when weeks go by without any documentation of movement toward completion. All that said, my order was perfect and exactly as I’d hope it would be when I received it. I’m very happy with the quality and result. I would use the service again, but go in knowing it will be closer to a month from the day you mail your frames for lens replacement. That’s the only reason I’m deducting a star. Otherwise, Lensabl delivered the service I paid for as promised, just much slower than they suggested.

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy. Would likely purchase from again.
However didn't receive updates as to things being shipped, they just showed up.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. One lie after another when your order is a month late. They game the system pretty well, with tools in place to make it look like they care about the customer, but it's all a charade. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your purchase.

Leasable has been taking longer and…

Leasable has been taking longer and longer for their service. I paid the additional $10. (the 2nd time, paying for faster shipping). It took almost 2 weeks for my shipping box to arrive. It took a whole month to receive my order. Ordered March 20th, didn't receive my glasses until April 19th. The processing time has slowed down tremendously. This is about my 4th pair. I found sunglasses I wanted to order through leasable site, but I'm afraid they will take another month. Im quite disappointed in the decline of the service.

Got a pair of lenses made/installed on…

Got a pair of lenses made/installed on a rimless montblanc frame of mine. The lenses were nice, transitions with polished edges. They did a good job, fit size and shape all perfect..it did have to go to its second level of creation due to whatever reason so it took a little longer than originally stated but everything turned out great. Not sure if I'd trust them with my cartier frames though..
