Had annoying wheel issue, inflate 35 psi, 3 days later 20psi lost pressure but not a puncture. Lepsons were recomended they gave me an honest assessment, I said solve this 25 minutes later solved. will be going here in futre for my tyre/wheel issues. Great service,friendly staff recommended

Had all 4 wheels on my X5 refurbished, powder coated and buckles removed. Very good price, fast and efficient, kept me informed through out the process as takes around 3 days. Wheels look fantastic back to gloss black and no hint of a shake now the buckles have gone. An excellent job delivered under budget and when you said it would be done. Thank you - would reccommend as first port of call as wasted £225 on buckle repairs at another company but they didnt completely remove them Lepsons not only removed the buckles but refurbished for not a lot more.

Amazing customer service, the guys that work there are professional, polite and efficient. Couldn’t be happier. I actually left a 5 start review on Google, so after my second time using their services I had to leave a great review here.

I dropped off my 4 x 17' inch bola csr's to lepsons thinking that after 20+ years of experience i could trust them with refurbishing my wheels, a job that should be their bread and butter. 3x wheels were fine, however 1 wheel had visible signs of dirt underneath the paint, initially lepsons agreed to refurb the wheel again, however now i have the same issue what looks to be air or dirt under the paint. You would think having to do the wheel again they would be a little more careful and inspect the wheel before calling myself to arrange collection, but no! Not only was the defect not spotted but i had to point out to the technician that there were no wheel weights, and much to my surprise the wheel hadn't even been balanced, even thought it was signed up as completed and ready for collection! Following this disappointment i wrote an email and lepsons have wiped their hands from it, as long as they have your money they dont care! I was even told that because this is a refurbishment that i should 'expect' imperfections when i have paid a premium price of near £500 for all 4 wheels, and the cheek of them to accuse me of being unrealistic! Let me remind you lepsons state 'delivering the ultimate quality in wheel refurbishment' - air bubbles and dirt is not the ultimate quality. As a customer i have lost my trust and they dont seem to care, which is not what i expect from a company with their experience. The paintjob i have received is from a 'man in van £20' refurb.

I emailed their “manager” Jay about my appalling experience 1 week ago, and I have been ignored. Clearly shows lepsons do not care unless they have your money! Terrible company and will not be using them again! AVOID

Having used Lepsons to refurbish and powder coat my four car wheels and they did a good job, I took two small scooter wheels to be done.
They even helped with finding a colour code that I liked.
I was told they would be a little under £180, £170 something.
When I went to pick them up, I was horrified by the charge, around £470, just about double for these 12" wheels compared to my car's 17".
They did reduce it by about £100, but still far too much!
They insist I was told this huge cost, but if they had done I would not have had them done, the wheels would just not be worth it.
I stand by what I say and was not told this whole cost, so anyone going to them should be absolutely sure what the cost will be, otherwise you will get stitched up too.

Great service at their Gillingham branch from start to finish. Front of house staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable as is everyone we spoke to.
Communication from quotation to collecting my vehicle was excellent and the quality of the work was superb. All four wheels were badly damaged but are now amazing. We would happily recommend this service

2nd time I’ve used Lepsons, loved the experience on both occasion's, they do wheels & in truth they are bar far the best in the market. I’m a stickler for detail & they surpassed that in heaps, customer service (which is as important) as the product is also first class, Amy who is front of house is welcoming & so very easy to deal with, Lepsons, they just get it right…. Mini wheels refurbished at Lepsons in Gillingham, Kent. Fantastic experience, staff are incredibly friendly and can't do enough to help. The finish on my wheels is superb and I am extremely pleased. Amazing service from start to finish, flawless in fact!
Popped in to enquire about having all 4 of my 17" wheels refurbed. After being greeted by Lucy I was taken to look at a few of the wheels they had out back and went from gloss black "albeit very tatty and corroded" to her recommendation of lambo bronze in a satin finish. Decided to go ahead and I am blown away!
Dropped the car in on Monday and took my FREE courtesy car, Tuesday received a call to advise of the corrosion and how it may affect the finished product, this I already knew about so was very pecimistic about the outcome. Picked up my car on Thursday afternoon and am beyond pleased with the result.

Every scratch and dent removed, all corrosion sand blasted back and my wheels look brand new!

Massive thanks to Lucy and Emma, both of whom were so polite, professional and friendly.

Honestly I cannot thank the team enough, after reading the negative reviews on here I guess some customers just expect too much. Please if you need a wheel refurb use Lepsons...

Initial contact on site was positive providing a quote immediately. Booking followed within 3 working days & all confirmed by email. On the day check in was fast & efficent. On the the fourth day phone call received early morning advising the work required was completed. The two wheels having been refurbished were perfect & all for the price quoted. The reception girls were also friendly & helpful. Excellent job, well done Lepsons, would recommend them in the future for similar work.

I recently used Lepsons for an alloy wheel refurbishment at their Wolverhampton branch, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the workmanship and the customer service.

He was professional, approachable, and clearly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the refurbishment process and talk through the finish options available. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about both the result and the customer experience.

The quality of the refurbishment itself was outstanding. The wheels came back looking factory-fresh — the finish was flawless, with excellent colour matching and attention to detail. You can tell Lepsons take real pride in their work, and the end result has completely transformed the look of the car.

This was the third time I have used Lepsons in Gillingham and yet again they exceeded my high expectations. My Golf has 18” diamond cut finish wheels and all 4 needed refurbishing and one rim was flat spotted due to a pot hole incident. The work was completed in three days and the wheels look better than new. In addition they supplied two new tyres at a very competitive price and fitted them as part of the job.
Staff were friendly and helpful and communication was prompt and accurate so I cannot recommend Lepsons more highly.

Exellent Service and Brilliant and helpful staff

Not all heroes wear capes, but the staff at Lepsons Ltd are most definitely heroes! Who went above and beyond any expectation for what you may expect, for a service like this.
Before I heap more praise, I need to provide you with a short back story.

A few weeks back, I hit a pothole, which sounds quite innocuous and to a degree most are. But not this one! It was 30cm wide and 50cm long, with a depth of 18cm.
My two passenger side tyres were both shredded and I was left stranded for over 6 hours, on a poorly lit country road. When assistance finally arrived, in the form of a mobile tyre service, I was so grateful to finally get back on the road. My evening was ruined and the car was pulling to the right, but I was still very happy to be heading home. Little did I know the further damage caused by this service.
I then took my car to my local garage to be checked over and resolve the wheel alignment. I also asked them to move one of the wheels so that the car felt more balanced. When I received the car, the garage told me that one of the nuts on the wheel they moved had snapped, but they got it off and I thought nothing more of this. Little did I know that this would be a ‘red flag’.

Moving on with the repair to the pothole damage, I then asked Lepsons to check, refurbish and recoat my alloy wheels, which were in great need of this service, due to the battering this pothole had created, along with the visible cosmetic damage. Thinking nothing of this, I dropped off my car, only to receive a phone call later that day from a very helpful person called Jay. Jay informed me that two of my nuts had broken while they were carrying out their tasks and that they could not get all the wheels off. Which then led me back to what my garage had mentioned, about the difficulty they had, in removing one of the nuts on the other damaged wheel. It turned out, after joining all the dots, that the tyre fitter had been very reckless in carrying out their tasks. I had been very grateful at the time, but I did observe that he had used a hydraulic air tool to remove the wheels and tighten up the new ones. Which I later found out, that this practice was not correct, that they had not followed best practices and had tightened my wheels to a ridiculous level, resulting in the wheel nut damage.
Jay told me that he along with his team would do everything they could to resolve this, but the outlook looked very bleak. A whole day was spent drilling into the sides of the two offending nuts and they worked well into that evening, by the end of the day, they had removed one nut, but removing the wheel was proving to be very tricky indeed. The next day, around midday, I received another phone call – success they had removed the wheel. I was so relieved, but also very aware of the time spent in getting to this point and as we all know, time is money. I was dreading what the bill might be.
As part of the service, they replaced all the nuts, on all the wheels, along with the centre caps which were looking a bit tired. The crew at Lepsons take great pride in their work and they wanted to make sure my wheels looked fabulous for when I receive my car. They did indeed, they looked amazing and have set such a high benchmark, but how much would this all cost?
Jay had been a fantastic communicator and had kept me informed at every level of repair and he also felt my pain, as I was starting to show a level disheartenment. He did everything he could to make me feel better and without him on the end of the phone my stress levels would have been difficult to contain.
How much did this service cost? As you all know, great service costs a fortune in todays society. Well, this cost less than £100 above the original quote. This included, the extra day and a half spent getting the wheel off the car, brand-new nuts for all wheels and the gleaming new centre caps.
Wow, just wow! What a bunch of superheroes!
I will certainly use this company again and I recommend anyone out there to give them a go. I personally do not think there is a better service out there and it is so nice, in todays day and age, that there are people who care about the service they provide and the customer care.
