Having dealt in the past with Lepsons wheel refurb with excellent results, I hit a nasty pothole in the dark and my o/side front tyre kept losing pressure over a week. I was due to have two new Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres fitted in the spring but I thought that in view of this,I would pop into Lepsons Tyres (I would never go anywhere else)to have this done sooner.

They found that on taking off my o/side tyre off that that the pothole had damaged the inner rim of the wheel which would be the cause of my pressure loss. They called down to Matt from the wheel refurb. section to inspect who suggested that they could straighten this out on another day.

When I got home I rang Collette who runs this section (I have known her for years) and she arranged a visit whilst I waited for this to be done.

On arrival, I was greated by Collette and her welcoming team in reception and Matt was called to take the wheel off to take over to the workshop. I was offered a coffee whilst I waited and a short time later Matt came back with the wheel and spun it up on the wheel balancer where I could see that it was perfect!!

Needless to say that I was delighted with the way I was treated by all the staff and the excellent result so well done Collette and her team!
