went to these guys after seeing some of there wheels, from start to finish they were spot on, really helpful, lots of advice, wheels were collected from me and delivered back in exactly the time they said and the job was better that perfect, I didn't think they would of come out as good as they did and they looked exactly how i wanted them to look, absolutely recommend 100% and will be using again for sure, the price was great including the delivery and collection service

I am delighted with the work that this helpful and professional company have carried out on my 1975 Lancia's steel wheels. Steel wheels can be more challenging to refurbish than alloys but the finish on mine is spotless. Lepsons also helped me source the proper classic Michelin tyres for the car and kindly stored them for several weeks before I was able to visit them and get the job done. The work was carried out faster than promised, for a very reasonable price and I was provided with a quality courtesy car free of charge. All with "nothing-too-much trouble" service from Jay, Louise and Brad who carefully researched the correct wheel nut torques and tyre pressures for my historic vehicle.

They've done such a good job on the wheels, I might have to respray the whole car now.

had four of my Audi wheels refurbed last year as the car was not going to be used for ten months while i underwent cancer treatment. A few days after collecting my car i noticed one of the wheels was scratched i did make a comment on there facebook page but was so ill having cancer treatment that i never had time to get back to them concerning this .fast forward to march 2022 and i notice while washing the car that one wheel had started to decay around the centre cap i contacted them and arranged to take the car to show them the wheel .a nice man looked round the car and agreed that the scratches on another wheel was under the lacquer on one wheel and agreed it had not been done properly and had been caused when the tyre was put back on. The decay on my other wheel was due to it not being done properly. but due to my warranty being out of date by just a few weeks they would not do the wheel for free and was told i had to pay and even pay for storage if they re did the wheel ..i find it staggering that for a company that prides itself on customer service didn't want to know or even take into consideration that most of last year we was still in a lockdown and i physically wasn't well enough to go back due to having extensive cancer treatment my words fell on deaf ears and they couldn't of cared less . word to the wise i praise the young man that was helpful and looked embarrassed when he heard his fellow worker tell me they would not admit there mistake and faults and not do the job again for free even though the guarantee had run out by only three weeks ..so would i ever use them again in a word no i wouldn't it seems they only care if you have an aston martin or a Ferrari..be warned the customer care stinks unless you spend shed loads of money

Advised years ago by local tyre fitters that I needed to have two slow leaky rims refurbished on my 17 year old Mondeo ST. Put it off and put it off and decided to look for new replacement rims. None available ! So eventually took advice from local garage and plucked up courage for long overdue refurbishment. Office staff helpful and informative from first phone call and very convenient being able to leave car with refurbisher. Needless to say the visual effect of two new looking rims at a fraction of the replacement price was a delight. So was the very affordable cost which included two new non leaking rubber valves and a complimentary correction of long standing buckles in both wheels of which I had been aware. The icing on the cake is that these two gleaming examples of refurbishment no longer leak any air at all! So I am absolutely delighted. Many thanks to Lepsons.

I Travel from Braintree Essex to get my tyres fitted here. Friendly and professional staff which alway fit my tyres without taking half the wheel with it. Highly recommend. Great job guys.

I was absolutely gobsmacked when I first saw my car after the refurbishment. My alloys were in a state when I left the car. Lepsons were able to paint the background black and diamond cut the face at no extra charge. My silver Mercedes E Class now looks brand new and stunning! I left the car on the Monday and was able to pick it up on the Wednesday afternoon with all four wheels repaired. Superb service!

Did a very good job on all 4 wheels which solved the slow leak on 1 of them. Efficient and friendly service, great VFM and even gave me a loan car at no extra charge. Strongly recommended.

Recommended to use Lepsons. Very helpful and polite, gave me a quote and took the wheel away to be refurbished. They kept me up to date and 4 days later I had a wheel back from them that looked brand new. Price as quoted and no issues. The whole Lepsons team was incredibly helpful and efficient. My old wheels were corroded and local garages couldn't do the specialist acid refurb they needed to fix them and stop the air leaking. Loren, Louise and Emma and Katy in the bookings and customer service team were really helpful, explaining how it worked, different options and prices and patiently booking me twice when I missed the first appointment! Once the car was there, the paint shop team did a really professional job. Danny and Jack helped me choose a brilliant silver that looks really great - the wheels look better than they did when I got the car; Jack and Andy also did an amazing catch, spotting a slash in the underside of the tyre, and potentially saving me an accident at worst and a flat tyre at best. The slash wasn't visible on the outside of the tyre and a different company missed it when I booked the car with a different garage for an MOT - because of their specialist focus Lepsons spot stuff like this and the team's proactive attitude meant it got fixed and saved me another problem. A great experience: I thoroughly recommend Lepsons and if I need wheel care again will definitely go back to them. Thanks team!

I wouldnt just say this but having used lepsons i would not go anywhere else. From the moment from dropping my car off was treated with nothing but professionalism. All the staff friendly and smiling. The job they did on my wheels was outstanding. Would 100% recommend lepsons

Fantastic service repairing my diamond cut alloy wheel and took all the stress away

So my Golf GTD alloy wheels were very dull, flat and kerbed so I contacted Lepsons Wheels who had advised that they had been repaired very poorly previously hence their appearance. Having left the car with them for 4 days, the diamond cut original finish was as if the car had come off the factory....the finish was second to none and they had cleaned the car to set the wheels off even more. Highly recommended these guys and have a few friends booked in with them. Keep up the good work Lepsons

Had my Alfa Romeo wheels refurbished from a Matt to a full gloss finish.To say they look superb is a massive understatement.

Lepsons have refurbished a couple of sets of alloy wheels for me recently, they are very good at their business, professional, courteous. Highly recommended, in fact they are the best in the country.
