Good company to deal with. They originally sent the incorrect part but they sorted this without any problems and refunded my return postage. Would definitely use them again in the future.

This would have been a 4 star review if I hadn’t called to follow up on an issue and spoke with a technician called Daniel who had the rudest attitude; I’ve never experienced anything close to this!
Sharon from support was lovely and resolved our issue of the wrong product shipped by their drop ship distributor.
Our Order was shown in the shop app but I did not receive any tracking info for initial order.
Great price and easy to use web site.

Delivered on time, very good condition and good quality, well wrapped and accurate with the information provided.

Day after ordering and paying £7.50 postage (apparently express) notified that shipment was on its way…great I thought should arrive well before we leave on holiday. Actually 7 days after ordering it arrived, according to the postage label, shipment was posted 4 days after ordering and cost just over £3.

Product as described,arrived ok,ordering process and updates helpful.

Update, NOBODY has rang me and i tried Saturday and Sunday to call but emails were sent during the week so dont talk make me out to be a lier and i also text with my order numberso the no caller i.d is rubbish my number is shownas i didn'tring on a withheld, you have only just sent an email because i have went through my bank to get the money returned.

I bought an awning last week and took my trailer for fitting on Friday. These guys are amazing. Dan is a total pro. Great pricing and fitting service. Really good communication. Brilliant customer service all around really. Would highly recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Letang Auto Electrical Vehicle Parts sold me a skylight on Friday, their website states 4 hr collection time.

They did not bother to notify me that the item was not in stock and would be available for collection on Monday instead.

I emailed, understandably frustrated and upset that nobody had bothered to contact me. I got a blunt response about the item not being in stock. They then ignored my subsequent emails.

I waited all weekend and contact them on Monday morning, again unsurprisingly frustrated and upset at their lack of contact and communication. The OWNER of the store decided to have a go at me for being upset about his stores lack of communication and then made fun of my name, mispronouncing it on purpose. He also told me that I should call back and speak to his manager, when he is the owner.. which is a bit weird.

They also threatened to cancel my order because I was unhappy with the way they were handling this.

The owner acts like a child, there is 0 customer service. Would avoid at all costs. At the end of the phone call, I ended up telling the owner to F off because he was threatening to 'publish my infomation'.
