Yasin was great

I and many local people i know shop at the London Dalston branch of Leyland and we really value the exceptional level of care and support the staff give to all their customers. I buy everything i need to maintain the inside and outside of a four storey Victorian house, so i practically live at Leyland and the only suggestion i have is, why not offer customers a Loyalty Card!

Sara Dida at Dulwich should be training all new incoming staff. Her knowledgeable and helpful manner is a pleasure to behold. As a result I will be using Leyland whenever I need a specialist decorating merchant. Service at this quality is rare these days.

I am often stressed out and extremely tired throughout my working day as I'm so busy multi-tasking and cleaning. So, whenever I need extra tools or work materials I must have a face that retailers take pity on whenever I go into their store. This clearly was not the case when I visited this brands store at 390 - 392 Harrow Road. I didn't need much but was so surprised when entering to the warm smiles of two female members of that store despite it being such a cold day and their door was wide open. Zahra was the name of the sales person that served me with the warmest of smiles that turned my day so far that had been dogged with setback after setback into a more positive experience after leaving their store with everything now going from strength to strength. Her encouraging smile reminded me of my late father that taught me many of his skills which has enabled me to be the person I am today and work for a charity. So, Zahra, thank you for energizing me with your warm smile that charged me enough to complete a difficult task I faced before visiting your store.

My order never arrived. Their website says "processing" I emailed Leyland about it and they just our records show it has been delivered. I replied to say it was not delivered and they kindly gave me a refund.

I used water based white gloss and had to paint it again with crown paint which was much whiter.

I had know idea when my goods would arrive, and was unable to track them. The money for the goods was taken from my bank account but I did not received the goods for another 5 days, I was not Mable to ask anyone about the order either!

Excellent attention and helpful. They provided information without being insistent and were very friendly
