I must commend the excellent service we received from Siobhan Kellett when buying our home. She is resourceful, brilliant, supportive and amazing at her job. She gave us a wrap-around service that included getting a lender, and then a mortgage offer (which came really quickly), conveyancer and even insurance. When there were challenges and we almost lost hope, Siobhan was there to help resolve them and get everything back on track. I honestly can’t thank her enough. She’s on top of her game and you simply can’t do any better if you need a mortgage brokerage service.

Having worked with Tracy for approx. one year now after my previous broker folded and Linear picked up the work, I have to say the service and commitment from Tracy has been absolutely outstanding.

I have been in property for 20 years and no previous broker has come close to the professional and 10/10 service I have experienced during this period. The communication and attention to even the smallest of details is excellent and I have complete trust in the advice and support from Tracy.

Paul Armstrong helped me with my remortgage. I walked in with hunched shoulders as my mortgage is crippling and it's been a tough few months but I skipped out of the meeting. Ben is one of the best Mortgage advisor who you can trust and rely closings your eyes. He knows his tools very well. He is focused on the best interest of his client. He is very professional and in rare circumstances where it goes against the estate agent, he maintains confidentiality and secures his client’s best interest. Getting mortgage & buying process is not easy for first time buyer but he ensured that I understand everything I need in a very simple and logical manner. He provided best advice. Lisa Carson has been brilliant in helping us get our life insurance sorted. We particularly appreciated that face to face appointments have been held at our home and managed around our work and family commitments. Spoke to Julie to discuss overpayments on my BTL mortgage, and how the property was being significantly undervalued by the lender. Whilst on the phone, Julie managed to get the property revalued, and resulted in a 1% difference in interest rate due to the adjusted LTV

It is hard to put into words just how much Siobhan has meant to us throughout our mortgage journey. From the very first conversation, she gave me such good vibes—full of positivity, calm, and genuine care. Even when we faced situations where no one could really change the outcome, it was Siobhan’s words, her tone, and the way she carried us through that gave my family and me the strength to keep taking the next step.

Over time, she has become more than just our mortgage advisor; she has become like a friend. I realised this when I noticed that whenever I felt frustrated about the property purchase process—or even excited about any small piece of good news—the first name that popped into my mind was hers. She has walked every step with us, navigating all the ups and downs, and we truly felt her presence throughout the journey.

What amazed us most was her commitment. There were times she would even work late at night to prepare paperwork for us, and I found myself wondering how someone could be so dedicated to her clients and her work. Her level of care is something rare.

For anything and everything, it has always been Siobhan for me.
