Bespoke mattress
We looked around online for a bespoke mattress made from natural materials, that was not overpriced, settling on Linthorpe Beds. I didn't do a review straight away, as I quite literally wanted to sleep on it for a while. We have now had the mattress for 6 months, and it had made a huge difference to our sleep quality. We would definitely use them again when this one needs replacing, and I can't fault their customer service, attention to detail regarding the best mattress for our needs, and honest pricing.

I am very disappointed because my order was wrong when it arrived so I had to wait another week for a new one. Also the quality of the bed for the amount i said is shocking.
I rang to speak to the manager who apparently was too busy to speak to me about it and when I was told they would ring back they never did. I won't be shopping here again.

Hi Ali,
Please accept my apologies that you feel we have let you down on this occasion.
While the original divan set was unfortunately manufactured incorrectly, we arranged for a correctly made replacement, which was delivered at a time convenient for you.
It appears there may have been a misunderstanding regarding whether a call-back was required, and I apologise for any confusion caused as a result.
If there is anything further we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact us through our usual channels. We are always happy to help.

Antwoord van Linthorpe Beds
Hi Judith,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the service you received from our salesperson and that you are pleased with your bed.
We’re sorry to hear that the headboard has not met your expectations. The rear of upholstered headboards is typically finished with a protective backing fabric and is not designed to be visible in normal use, however the staples should be neat and secure. We certainly wouldn’t want you to be disappointed with any aspect of your purchase.
If you would like us to take a closer look, please feel free to send some photographs to our customer care team and we’ll be happy to review them for you.
Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve our products and service.

Hi Deborah,
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delivery service you experienced. This falls well below the standards we aim to provide, and we will be investigating the matter further.
The item you ordered was dispatched directly from one of our suppliers, who uses a third-party delivery company. As a result, we have no control over which courier they choose to use. However, we fully appreciate the frustration this has caused and apologise for the inconvenience.
I have asked a member of our customer care team to contact you directly to offer our apologies and discuss whether there is anything further we can do to assist. They should be in touch with you shortly.
Once again, please accept our apologies for the service provided by the supplier's courier and for any inconvenience caused.
