Before purchasing i rang and spoke to a lovely young man who gave me lots of information and answers to the questions i asked and on this i felt assured. I then purchased the item on line and we were kept upto date with the delivery process from the minute i ordered to the actual delivery. Fab customer service here in particular Craig who was super helpful throughout, from my initial query through to dealing with a problem when the bed was delivered. Headboard arrived damaged (not their fault) and we had a replacement 24hrs later. The bed is great quality and a decent price. I highly recommend Linthorpe - buy with confidence.
