Dr Rather is extremely attentive, generous with his time and knowledge and to have him looking after you or someone you know is a relief to all. He has an excellent bedside manner and always ensures that everything has been covered and understood.

Absolutely amazing service from all staff involved from consultation to after surgery. The level of care was second to none. His PA Dina was always around to answer any questions. Mr Fitzgerald O’Connor has truly changed my life. I can’t thank him and the team enough . Laura the after care specialist nurse is absolutely wonderful and nothing is ever to much trouble. I can highly recommend Mr Hussain Alnajjar. His diagnosis was carefully thought through and explained clearly. He shared options for treatment in a very open dialogue, with clear advice. The actual surgery was brilliantly performed with great care and skill. It was explained afterwards in great detail. The surgery did exactly what he said it would. The aftercare was supportive and well considered.

Dr Ghada Salam is extremely good and her assessment was accurate and straight to the point. She conducted all the tests and scan necessary to eliminate any symptoms and gave a remarkable diagnosis. I will highly recommend her to any ladies who have any concern about her feminine well being.
She also have an extremely talented PA Mrs Bassma, who will get you all your blood test, scan and whatever tests needed booked in the most efficient manner. What a great relief once all these steps were sorted!

All correspondence and booking is sent via encrypted message which makes communication difficult. Any emails to the doctor will be processed in days and unclear appointment and reschedule system.
Horrendous high cancelling fees creates huge distress for customer.

Mr Sedra's approach to my problem was empathetic and professional. He suggested comprehensive investigations and arrived at a diagnosis in consultation with the multidisciplinary team. He presented me with several treatment options which he explained well and I felt confident in his management. He was flexible with face-to-face as well as telephone appointments and his admin team was very approachable and efficient. I would highly recommend Mr Sedra as an orthopaedic surgeon.

I've been having numbness on both of my lower legs and on my right arm. During my visit, the doctor did an outstanding job providing me with as much details pertaining to the root causes that lead to such numbness. The explanations were very detailed and the analysis included various nervous physical tests to assess the full picture. I very much appreciated the well explained explanations because it allowed me to understand how the nervous system works and why I have been feeling the way I have. I was also explained what the possible treatment solutions are and left with a very good understanding of the analysis. Great service overall.

We felt really well looked after, from the time of the booking with the Secretary (Areej was extraordinary) to the actual facilities and check-in process. The fact that they have top specialists and the sessions are 45+ mins is key for us.

I have dealt with Salma the most as I am working through getting my knee fixed following an injury. She has been unbelievably helpful in navigating everything and even worked hard to ensure I could be helped at an in-network hospital. I can't thank her enough for all of the help I have received and how much stress has been lifted off my shoulders.

Everything from start to finish was amazing! The process and plan was crystal clear from the start. Barry always made me feel comfortable and always have time to any questions or queries I had, he really made you feel he cared! He took a lot of his time to speak to me before surgery and to my family after, as well as coming to see how I was the day after! Salma was also amazing, always so quick and extremely helpful! Another shout of to nurse Sara at the lister hospital who was also amazing and really made me feel at ease on the the day of the op! I would definitely recommend anyone to have their surgery with Barry Andrews!

Staff at location very helpful. Dr Parma has been very supportive and informative regarding my condition (hamstring injury). His explanations are clear and he is very patient in answering any questions (however silly) I might have. He explained imaging well and in simple language. Addtional proceedures offered and carried out with the minimum of discomfort. Next steps discussed,

I received excellent service from London International Patient Services. My initial query was answered promptly. I received an initial consultation within a couple of weeks. My consultant understood my wishes and needs, and responded to them with his medical expertise responsibly so that I receive optimal care. I have since had a follow-up appointment and am awaiting further treatment.

London International Patient Services is a private medical care enterprise. My experience is very positive at all levels. From booking an appointment to the pre examination instructions through to meeting the doctor and what followed with further examinations. Great, friendly admin team (Ola) and an experienced, pleasant, and well articulated doctor (Hussain Alnajjar). Consultation rooms are in central London, and parking can be tricky but close enough to Baker street tube station. I have no hesitation to return, should the need arises.

Had rotator cuff surgery with Miss Claire Fitzgerald was seamless really put me at ease and staying overnight the team were amazing highly recommend
