Disappointed
So disappointed by my experience with this company. Due to me being on maternity leave we are short on disposable income but really wanted a mat for our front room for our baby to play on that fit the aesthetic. I found this company and fully researched their reviews, happy to find a cheaper alternative to totter and tumble that seemed to get good feedback.
I ordered their "Large bare palms" play mat for our grey living room. When it arrived it was clearly brown/tan coloured, I wish this would let me upload photos so you could see the difference between what we received and what is advertised as it was completely different.
I emailed the company, presuming that this was some kind of error and that they would send a new one. The response from the owner was "There can sometimes be slight colour variations between batches". This seems completely bizarre to me that a mat that is meant to fit in your home decor would be a completely different colour?!
I then had no choice but to pay an additional fee to send the mat back. I also received a curtly worded email during this time from the owner, accusing me of sending the mat back without packaging which I later found out was meant for another customer. This further added to the negative experience.
As I said earlier, big purchases like this are few and far between when on maternity leave and something that was supposed to be a lovely treat for our family and baby has left me really disappointed.

I’m really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. I completely understand how frustrating it must have felt for your mat not to appear as expected, especially when it was something you’d been looking forward to using with your little one.
Our playmats are handmade in small batches, and while we work hard to ensure colour consistency, there can occasionally be slight tone variations between production runs. I appreciate that this can be disappointing when styling for a specific space.
I also want to sincerely apologise for the email mix-up. It was a genuine human error — a message meant for another customer was sent to you by mistake. I realised immediately and emailed you back within seconds to apologise and explain what had happened. I’m truly sorry for any confusion or upset it caused.
Your order was refunded in full as soon as the mat was received back, but if there’s anything further I can help with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch directly.

Super mat for my little girl
We ordered our mat from the outlet section of the website so it was £97 or something like that. We ordered a large size. I was genuinely surprised at how fast the mat was delivered. It was packaged well and easy to unbox. I had read reviews saying their mats had a chemical smell or that they were hard to uncurl so I was worried. I have had no problems. Honestly my friend has a mat similar to mine but a different brand (more expensive as well) and ours is way nicer. It’s squishy and soft which is great for my LO as she is learning to sit. I’m not worried if she takes a tumble as it’s soft but firm enough for wheeled toys to glide smoothly across the surface. I am very happy with this purchase and it looks great in my living room. The only thing I will say which is my own fault I didn’t realise the print on one side was different to the print on the other side. Which is fine but the oyster design do look a little like something else. Not sure I would have chosen that print had I noticed. But again that’s my own fault and there’s nothing wrong with the mat.

Pretty mats
A pretty mat that doesn’t look like it’s just for the kids. Super soft and squishy to sit on, definitely much better than the one we previously had! Love that it’s two sided so we can flip it over to make the area look different every now and then. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for - would definitely recommend
We are really happy with our Little Fae playmat! I did quite a lot of research prior to purchase as I wanted one with a nice pattern that fit with our style but also wasn’t too overwhelming for the little one, as well as preferring a memory foam mat rather than a jigsaw one. It needed to be a decent size but also felt that some other options were overpriced. I feel like this ticks every box! We look forward to more comfortable playtimes with our daughter for years to come.

Excellent playmat
I bought the large speckled kisses in greige/eucalyptus playmat and me and my little one couldn’t be happier!
I was so surprised with how squishy and soft the memory foam is on the mat but is still firm enough for my daughter to be able to practice her ‘press ups’ during tummy time!
The design is extremely aesthetic and goes in my living room perfectly.
It was rolled up with my preferred design on the inside but unrolling it and keeping it out on the side I didn’t want up for 24 hrs and it completely flattened out ready for me to use the reverse.
Overall, very pleased!
