Do not recommend!
Sales team are great when you're interested in ordering, but once you're hooked they neglected us entirely. The quarterly sanitation we're paying for has only happened once over the last 2 years.
Now that we want to cancel, we have had a few emails ignored and when we called, we were told they only deal with cancellations once a week.
Not impressed, do not recommend

We are sorry that after two years of being a customer you decided to end our relationship. Some of the issues related to the account being overdrawn and only paying in late December a 1st July invoice and later ones having been chased hard by our accounts team.
In early 2018 we changed software provider that created some issues with servicing where a few customers were not memorised properly and it led to subsequent errors. Sadly I cannot ascertain whether you were effected by this or not, but as soon as we were made aware of any client problem, measures were put in place to rectify the situation.
I see that you have not paid any of your bills from during your three months final notice period between cancelling in January and when the cooler and remaining bottles were collected in April. As you represent a charity doing important work helping disabled people and clearly were dissatisfied we have waived and written off the outstanding balance of £74.46.
I'm impressed with the service…

Got a comment from the management right…
Got a comment from the management right after my 1st review and wanting to cancel the service. I gave my user name and phone number. No update. I called them and spoke to someone name Samantha Price (who first signed me up for subscription service) and told me that my cancellation will take 3 months as this is the first time hearing about it.
I gave them the email that I sent and told her I have been complaining about wanting to end the service for quite some time. Either from email, review on trust pilot, google review, you name it. I want to end my subscription. She told me she will check back and let me know. One week past and still no update. I even specifically told them if there's still no update, I will go to the trade and commerce as I need to make an official report on this business.

Sadly we didnt reply to this complaint at the time but what I do know is that like all rental businesses we have a written contract with all our customers that is very clear that either party can cancel by giving 3 months notice. This is the minimum any rental business will require, be it your sky sports package, gas supply, etc and is not unreasonable or onerous as you make out. We always accept a customers initial email of cancellation as the starting time for the cancellation period to commence, regardless of when it is confirmed as often customers may send their email to our accounts or sales teams and it can be missed among the volume of emails. However, this cancellation to be effective must be in writing (email or registered post) so there is no misunderstanding of timeframes.
Clearly that you have taken the time to write two very bad reviews you must have been seriously disgruntled and I apologise if our team failed to address your queries in time. Being a residential customer puts huge pressure on our delivery systems as we are not Ocado with a delivery driver in your road every day, but a water delivery company fitting your delivery within an area delivery.
Owing to residential customers being out at delivery times we may agree to leave water deliveries either with a neighbour or in an agreed place such as outside the front door. This is always a last resort but preferred by the vast majority of customers.
In terms of bottle deposits, these are charged when delivered and when picked up, and provided they are returned we do not benefit in any way. Because they are environmentally friendly being reuseable they are expensive to buy and represent a fixed asset that is depreciated over time and we need to be sure they are returned. Further to your complaint, with our new contracts for the past 18 months we no longer charge bottle deposits other than in the first months deliveries to avoid any problems of bottle build up as you describe, and being charged forward large amounts for deposits (even though they were subsequently being given back).
Disappointed
The company were quick to answer our sales related enquiries. However, once we had signed the agreement, things deteriorated quickly and it took a very long time to get the water cooler installed, with us having to chase multiple times. Once the water cooler was finally installed, we had some issues with it and requested a call out which again took months. When the engineer finally came out, it was without any notice from the company, and it turns out that the initial installer had not put the water filters in, which means that we were drinking unfiltered water for months. We were promised a full response and resolution by the sales agent, citing that she would personally be discussing the matter with the director of the company, however, we never heard anything from them again.
