What can I say about these liars don't trust them they tell me to leave the cooler and the bottles outside my front door I did that that and they said that they were coming the next day did they turn up no no not even a text the other day came nothing I have to text them and say when are you coming text me back and said the following week fine but I don't want those stuff in my house Ben Somebody Stole the cooler and a couple of bottles empty bottles I live in a tall high rise flats people come in and out so many people walk past my front door the lady called me today she was very rude absolutely rude no customer service shouting at me talking over me she says why you never bring it in why shall I when you said that you was coming I work long hours I work from early morning till 8 at night or sometimes later so you want me after a long day at work on my feet to bring in the cooler and Men in the morning again bring it out absolutely not I suffer from chronic back pain why am I going to lift that heavy thing in and out every day you should come when you supposed to she says they're going to charge me no you're not because you know why I'm not going to pay it's not my fault is there fault but they making me feel guilty they making me feel I am in the wrong but you know what I was in the right those stuff was outside my front door for 5 days I live in a council property if the council did come and see those things outside my front door I will be in trouble it will be classed as a fired Hazard do they care no hell no they don't care if I get in trouble they just want their money but you know what I'm going to put in the biggest complaint living Waters ever had and I will be going to the press with this matter that conning people out of money but they're not calling me I did what they say I'm not bringing the cooler and the bottles in every single day I don't think so living Waters has made me ill with all this stress they should teach their people how to speak to people on the phone give them a chance to talk and stop talking over them and being rude and shouting at the customers I'm not having it
People Be aware don't trust these people don't give them your money

I have been a customer with Living water for several years now and have had nothing but problems with deliveries and their service, due to the coronavirus I have had to close all of my shops, one of which had a water machine rented by Living water which has leaked several times causing damage to laminated flooring this has been on ongoing problem and when we went into lockdown their machine was still leaking so it was removed from shop, I have cancelled 2 machines from them and returned water bottles 2x full and rest empty, despite this they are still trying to charge over £400 to cancel even though 1 of their machines isn't working and has caused damage previously, I have just got of the phone with them and they are prepared to give me £8 off !! Since moving from my old company to Living Water I can surely say that I have a reliable delivery service with a next day call out at no extra charge either. Awesome.

What a pleasure to be a client of Living-Water. I had lots of problems with my previous supplier like late delivery and service of the admin staff.

I order water on a monthly basis and never had an issue with my water deliveries.

The sales staff is a pleasure to work with like Miss Price and the engineers is top notch.

Very easy company to work with. My deliveries always come on time and the staff members are very helpful and attentive to what I need and aim to make sure that I get my water and invoicing on time.

Do not go with this Living water Ltd at all. This company is so many hidden cost and tgey truing to take advantage to your company. It was so dangerous and no any loyalty to customer. Must avoid this company !! Most dangerous I ever experience before.

Living Water is undeniably the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to do business with. They don't listen to instructions, they deliver water as and when they choose having been reminded/told a million times not to – and even when I haven't ordered anything. It seems their call centre is in New Zealand or South Africa and the logistics DO NOT work. Often they answer the phone 'good afternoon' when it's 9am in the morning here. Amateurs!

I even wrote a letter of complaint well over six months ago and have yet to receive a reply, even though I asked them to take a look at it. I have been way too busy to keep chasing these jokers or shop around for another more professional water supplier, but I'm at the end of my tether so will cancel my subscriptions now, but I'm preparing for this to be like pulling teeth like every other encounter I've had with this joke of a company. The only redeeming factor is that the water is super nice. But enough is enough, time to move on!
