Checked with site that items were in stock because it was for a discontinued vehicle. Other sites were misleading on availability or incorrect item. Quick email reply confirmed item in stock. Ordered single item as test. Arrived within the timescale and item was correct. so will order the remaining items I require.

Quality OEM part. Good price but very slow delivery. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive which is not good if you need a part quickly

I was a little apprehensive at first because the purchases were in US $ or euros, However I took a chance and everything worked out. Genuine, original parts very well packaged and good delivery. I needed help getting the part numbers. They were brilliant. I ordered two for the rear sliding doors and a ‘pattern’ part for the drivers door. All arrived relatively quickly and now installed my central locking all works flawlessly off both the fob and the switch in the drivers door. I don’t remember delivery being overly long, all in all I was very happy.

Absolutely saved me a blunder, gave my reg at checkout, they emailed to make sure it was right as related to a LHD car, which was my mistake in giving them the wrong parts number. So grateful they did this, great communication from them and great system. Thanks!!

I could not track my order, and the issue was addressed diligently.

My order was despatched later than the already slow despatch estimated date. Communication was basic and unhelpful. Order delivered to wrong address initially due to an error on the address label.

Was a good company had ordered several times from them with no issues postage was a bit slow but I'm in northern Ireland.
Tried to order parts recently to be told no delivery to northern Ireland but still advertising postage all over EU and UK falsely.

Absolute rubbish

No instant refund, no apology nothing.

From a simple online order to an accurate delivery of parts i couldn't get in the uk from an Audi dealer, whats not to like. Brilliant service.

Great website for identifying parts, but unfortunately the delivery timeframe is somewhat excessive. Two separate orders, both very slow to be received by Royal Mail. Stated dispatched, but not received by the carrier for another week.

Order a drivers side door loom for an Audi A3 2011, I provided reg number and VIN-.

Placed order after been sent the link by email by LLLparts .

Turns out they advised wrong part number/ revision of loom

Good prices on genuine parts and although they are not UK based delivery times are quite acceptable.

Unfortunately this company doesnt value customers and stand behind the products it sells. In addition to other negative reviews, they sold me sensor that turned out to be defective after 3 months of use. Instead of replacing it for a new, working one, they told me after 30 days they dont care. I would look elsewhere if i was you.

A part fell off my car, annoyingly! I was able to find it and buy it in minutes. It took a while to ship but arrived when I needed it and at a reasonable price.
