Applying for house insurance was straight forward
Very straight forward proving house and contents details, very clear what the three levels of insurance are, reasonable price. A brief telephonecall to clarify whether a small flat roof on an extension was covered was answered quickly and professionally by the member of staff.

Costs and cover
I was not looking to change but I just pressed the button and whilst the costs were similar I could increase the level of cover. Also able to pay monthly as costs are getting tighter with all increases across the board. I am not as steady now so cover good. Easy to find on my records too. Thank you.
