Trying to get a simple policy…
Trying to get a simple policy certificate. Spent hours on calls. Lots of promises to get this done. 2 weeks and couting - and still no certificate. Utterly useless.

No extra to pay monthly
I chose Lloyds as I like to pay monthly, and they don’t charge extra to do that. The cover is as good as other companies. Happy with choice.
