We had used Lochinvar before and had a good experience which is why we went back again for another two windows. They were great throughout the process. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The team that installed the windows were friendly, quick and did a good job.
Now we have two great new windows!

Delighted with the Garden Room extension Lochinvar did for us. We had our own architect draw up the plans but everything else was done by Lochinvar, including a new kitchen. Gary was great at liaising with us which was potentially tricky as we were not on site. Electrician Jamie was fabulous. We recommended Lochinvar to friends and they were similarly delighted.

The price was excellent and the standard of work was superb.

We recently had a front door fitted which is beautiful and has received so many compliments. The fitter was very professional and did a fantastic job. This is the second time we have used Lochinvar and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Lochinvar are like a family, everyone in the team works together and it feels like a very personalised experience from the moment Gary came to give us quote for our Orangery, right through to the end. The labourers, joiners, electricians, plumber, roofer and plasterer are all professional and friendly and left everything tidy. A special shout out to Marshall and Mark the joiners who came in to save the day and felt like friends by the end of it. We had a bit of a hic up at the very beginning when every cable line and pipe connection to the bungalow was cut (always get them to check first where your broadband joins the house etc) but they fixed the electricity supply to the garage free of charge. Asbestos was found in the roof (no fault of theirs, it was sorted), would highly recommend Lochinvar.

The standard of the work was excellent. Staff polite and friendly turning up at expected times.

Finished conservatory looks amazing. Everyone says it’s one of the best they have seen.

We sourced a new door and were directed to Lochinvar as the local representative. From the initial visit to measuring and fitting everyone was very professional, friendly and everything done in timeline expected. Happy to highly recommend. We are delighted with our new door and side panels.

I am very happy with the service which Lochinvar provided. They installed a new Sunroom. All the guys did a great job. Chyvonne was very friendly & helpful, answering any queries I had. I would recommend.

We have just had our new sunroom completed by Lochinvar, and are more than pleased & satisfied with the finished product.
We had a basic idea of what we wanted, but were given additional ideas & concepts by Gary at the initial meeting that pulled everything together.
Mark the architect also explained what was & wasn't possible at the design stage.
All trades were skillful & tidy workers, explained what was happening, and the job was completed with the minimum amount of mess & disruption.
There was also the opportunity to make slight amendments to the the original specification throughout each phase once we saw the build taking shape.
All materials were of a high quality.
Payment was only taken on completion of each phase of the build, and done to our satisfaction.
Many thanks to Chic, Gary and the rest of the staff for giving us a great new sunroom which is even better than imagined.

Lochinvar provided us with a full turnkey package of a 2 story extension, and were helpful and clear from the outset of our engagement. We were walked through each step of the process and kept updated along the way. On commencing work the programme and payment schedule was defined and clear. Once the team started the work was very well executed and seamless. Any issues uncovered were dealt with professionally and diligently from the excellent team of Jim and Fraser (The A-Team), who were exceptional from communicating to workmanship. We couldn’t have asked or dreamed of such a hassle-free project and especially the way the whole project was delivered, there was very little impact to surrounding areas of the house whilst the work was undertaken. We have done multiple home improvements, but none have come close to the absolutely fantastic experience we have had from Lochinvar. From the office team, contracts team, delivery team and after care team, all have been absolutely first class and a credit to their industry. We cannot recommend Lochinvar highly enough as they were a dream to work with. Thanks all!

What can I say, but the team at Lochinvar were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everyone, from the labourers, joiners, electricians, plumber, plasterer, decorator, Chic, Gary and Chyvonne, were so professional, and the finished result is a tribute to them all. They completed what was a high spec extension garden room with exacting detail, right down to sourcing a company to instal the zinc cladding. I would not hesitate to recommend this great local company.

From start to finish thoroughly impressed with all communication and workmanship.
From the initial quotes from Gary to dealing with Chyvonne in the office nothing was too much trouble. All the trades guys that came were professional, friendly and took every attention to detail as if it was their own home. Most of them don’t drink tea or coffee lol We got a full sunroom completed by the team and would highly recommend the company.

Had full house of windows and doors fitted to my house, great experience, from their non pressure approach, to the quality of fitting, excellent products, could not be happier, would recommend.

Just had all new double glazing fitted by the team from Lochinvar. The overall price quoted seemed very fair and was well within our budget, so gave them the go ahead. Found them friendly, polite and hard working. Cleaned up any mess as soon as they'd finished the job.
