Great website cheaper than Londen Theatre

Good ticket site. Reliable and fast. Able to quickly downlad and print hard copy as backup. For preference, will use this again.

OK but not great. Refused payment card twice and lost chosen seats due to timeout. Checked card with issuer and confirmed no problems. Had to start again and use alternative card. Eventually successful but time consuming!

The system crashed part way through booking so started again and it doubled booked and double debited my account. Enforced a 20% charge to refund. DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING SYSTEM. Best to contact theatre direct.

Extremely easy to book the theatre tickets

Do not use! Massively overpriced and refused to price match even though they claim to.

Over £15 extra per ticket. Go direct to lw theatres.

Easy navigation, site is user-friendly. I knew which show I wanted beforehand and found it straight away.

Set in a pub with good music, great story and very interactive… recommend and would see again! You will feel great after seeing this, everyone was standing at the end.

Booking was so easy to do.

I booked a show 2 days in advance then needed to cancel. £250 for 2 tickets. Contacted them 4 times, no reply no doubt keeping my money. I advise others to stay away from London Box Office and book with more commercial agents who also recognise booking mistakes can be made and refunds needed. Not interested in customers.

I wouldn't give them a Star if I could,just been to Abba Voyage show yesterday.I travelled from Northern Ireland to watch the show.I had selected seats on their website C103 and C104 and whilst it said dance floor on the eticket I assumed they would be still seats as they were numbered.when I got to the venue I was informed that these were standing tickets,My wife and myself are Senior citizens that's why I booked seats.They charged me for seats and left us standing !!! Don't be caught by this company !!!.

Quick and easy to book

I’ve yet to go to the venue but the booking procedure was quick and easy and the big plus, I got the tickets by email in less than 2 minutes after payment confirmation. The bonus is not being forced to download an app or having to wait for the tickets to arrive 48 hours before the show. Well done London Box Office

This company have overcharge for theatre tickets and will not allow a cancellation. I thought they were part of the Palladium ticket office, my mistake. I overpaid for tickets and it is impossible to contact them by phone. Don't believe comment on the web site that they answer phone call, it not true. The only communication is by email. This takes 48 hours for them to reply and their response will be that it is too late to cancel.

I dubble booked so I have also tickets for the show 241130 kl. 0730. Booking ID 21176084 Stalls - seat info Q3 + Q4. Is there anything to do about this ?
