They have a very good reputation so I went into ordering from them with very high expectations, yet somehow they managed to exceed them anyways.
A great team. Very punctual with the delivery and went above and beyond to get the ring to me on time.
Never shied away from communication and answered my every query.
Their post sale customer service is unmatched in the industry.
Their taste in diamonds is exquisite and I can guarantee you will be happy with the diamond they choose. The packaging and presentation of the diamond is unlike any other in the industry.
All of this at a very reasonable price, and it's nice to finally find a company that has the right attitude towards diamonds and the diamond business, without being pushy and having your best interest in mind. Their bespoke service is truly bespoke, and the product you get is exactly what you have envisioned.

They were great from start to finish. I told them I was wary buying through IG. They put me at ease and were far from pushy. I explained money was no object and they actually talked me down to get something that would look best. My fiancé loved the ring and it actually fit. The guys sized it just from a couple of pics. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Everything was wonderful. My partner arranged my engagement ring but I have been to the office twice to get it resized. They have been so helpful and lovely on Instagram and in person. Maggie was also so wonderful when I came in for resizing that I ordered my wedding ring there and then. It matched so perfectly and she knew what would go with my engagement ring. Special delivery postage was easy too.

I made the decision to go for lab-grown diamonds after realising how much more of a ring you can get without needing to break the bank. After searching a few places, I came across London Diamonds which were very honest, well-priced and had some absolutely stunning designs.

This company have been nothing short of amazing from start to finish, they constantly replied to any questions i asked and were always so helpful, they helped me picked the most perfect ring for my partner too and she is so so so in love with it, not only that they made it clear if the ring was needing re sized this would be no problem which it has been, can’t recommend this company enough

My husband purchased my engagement ring from LD and we also recently bought our wedding bands from them as we wouldn’t have gone anywhere else after the amazing service received when purchasing my engagement ring. What makes LD stand out from the crowd is their personal touches. After we got engaged, James personally sent us over a lovely voice note on Instagram congratulating us and thanking us again for our business. We were treated like VIP’s throughout the whole service and the LD team truly deserve every 5 star review they get. Absolutely incredible, i first heard of London Diamonds a few years ago when a friend had used them for their engagement ring, i knew from them i wanted to use them but completely forgot of their company name when speaking to my partner about engagement rings. I then found them again on Instagram when searching for a company to make our bespoke wedding rings.

What can i say, incredible service, they are not pushy, they are completely honest, they don't push you to spend more than you need to. They reply almost instantly to any queries.

Excellent service from start to finish, could not ask for better

My son in law recommended London Diamonds to me because he found their service to be outstanding. I could not agree more. I asked James to design a bespoke diamond necklace for me. The necklace arrived a few weeks later and it was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would like to thank James and the team at London Diamonds for such a seamless and easy purchase of a very beautiful gift for my daughter. I had been looking for an eternity ring for a while and my daughter’s new husband had used London Diamond for both her engagement and wedding rings which are magnificent. I got in contact with LD and got talking to James about the ring I liked and could they add more diamonds to it.
There was no pushing when I didn’t get back to them for a few months, and ones I decided I would use their services it was so professional and easy. James was very quick to reply and sent over designs so I could see what my ring would would look like.
When my ring arrived it was so much better than I expected the diamonds are so bright and the ring fits perfectly with my other rings.
Will not hesitate to use them again for other pieces of jewellery.
