We had a problem with our outdoor drainage. Ben Roberts came and was extremely professional. Once he identified the problem, as my house is a shared drainage system, he contacted Thames Water and explained all the issues. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Before leaving, he cleaned and disinfected the driveway.

Ben and Dave were excellent.They arrived a little early but that proved to be usefull.They spent the time making sure that everything was done properly. They didn't pressure me to have the drain properly cleaned and were most pleasant and professional.

As a school manager,I've dealt with other companies and engineers, but this guy gets 5 ⭐ for what he did. He arrived on a Saturday morning and tackled a very large sewer blockage. After unblocking it, he used a CCTV camera to see where the problem was, which not all companies do on the same day. He also cleaned and disinfected the playground.
