I was very pleased with London Drains Direct. Danny and Bradley came to my property this morning to clear a blockage in my drains to the sewer. They were with me over an hour and a half and worked extremely hard to get this rectified. Nothing was too much trouble and left my property as they found it. Would recommend this company. What an amazing company. I booked an appointment online though chat the previous evening for a blocked drainage pipe. Darren and Ben arrived early, cleared the drainage pipe with their mechanical machine and phoned me to update me after the appointment. I’ve had so much trouble with another very big plumbing/drainage company and they are a breath of fresh air with regards to reliability and professionalism. Thanks guys - you have been amazing. Highly recommended!!!

Very unprofessional team•The gentleman lifted the manhole right by the road and said that there was fat which was far from true. There was nothing . We have lived here over 39 years and never had problems with dat because we never use the drains for it. The block was near by the back garden but he refused to lift the manhole closest saying he was unable to lift and insisted on a jet instead of normal rods. The price of initial £60 went straight up to £120 plus Vat. He subsequently found a hole in the pipes work in the back garden and have an estimate of £625 plus VAT. A very bad experience.

We had a blocked WC, tried everything and nothing would budge it. Contacted Drains Direct and a visit from their engineer D.C. was fixed up for us in minutes and he arrived at the early end of the window given. He gave the manual rodding a good go but in the end had to use a cable power tool. In short, all fixed up after a week out of use. D.C. was polite and helpful and tidied up perfectly after the work. A perfect experience and would most certainly recommend and use again.
