Ordered the Jenifer Rug , exactly the same as the picture online 👍🏼 omg it’s so soft , great quality! Honestly I love it so much , absolutely so reasonably priced I had the small which was £148 but I had money off as first order think I paid about £133 🙌🏼

I have nothing but praise for this company. I ordered the wrong size Phoebe rug and emailed LRC to explain and wanted to order the larger size.Ellie was outstanding with her impeccable, professional, and extremely thoughtful customer service🙏A new, larger Phoebe rug arrived this week, Monday 4th March, less than 4 days after Ellie sorted a new order for me.( This included a weekend,and despite them being very busy) and the delivery Man also brilliant, bought my ne rug and took the wrong size one back. The Phoebe rug is fabulous…… and I am delighted. Room no 2 will start shortly, LRC here I come!!!

I returned my rug after numerous emails and constantly having to message as replies from them very slow. I returned my rug over a week ago and have been messaging them for a couple of days and yet again am getting no reply.
Customer services from this company is non existent, very poor service. Its been 9 days now since it was collected amd no refund/reply to messages.
Avoid this company!

My refund took 10 days which I think is along time to wait. I will not order again. I think my review was 100% accurate to how I was treated throughout.

Beautiful rugs. Im reslly happy with mine. Delivery and dispatch was quick too.

First of all I was attracted to the London Rug company for their styles and large sizes, very impressed when pricing the rugs, appeared very good value for money.
I ordered two rugs and they arrived within 2-3 days -excellent service.
My first rug had a slight hole in the area where the end of the roll had maybe become unprotected by the wrapping. I contacted the London rug company and was issued a replacement rug straight away.
The overall service was fantastic, the order process was easy, the delivery fantastic (this was over the busy Christmas period too) and the after sales care for my fault was superb.
I will definitely recommend London Rug company and I will shop again with them.
