I'll start with "the socks are amazing!!"

What wasn't amazing was the delivery and the response from customer services. I ordered these on either the Thursday or the Friday and paid for next day delivery as I was going on holiday the following Wednesday and wanted the socks for a night out in Marbella. I noticed on the Monday that the delivery company were saying they were awaiting payment from sender, after emailing customer services they said don't pay the delivery company any money and we will sort it....... Let's just say, I flew to spain, had a holiday for 4 days, flew back and guess what.....still no socks. I then got back to an email saying we hope you're enjoying your socks 🤣🤣🤣 errrrrm no.....still waiting for them. They eventually arrived a week and a half later and all I hot was the refund of the delivery and a discount off my next purchase. So disappointed 😞

I reached out late yesterday evening, well outside regular office hours, and received an almost immediate response asking for a few additional details. The very next reply already came with a solution to my problem and the confirmation that a replacement pair of socks was on its way. Truly outstanding customer service!

Such good quality socks, great fit, nicely packaged (but not overpackaged) arrive quickly.

Website has a bug when ordering via the category so you cant mix colours of a particular sock type, this resulted in an incorrect order. The colours represented on the website vary a lot! meaning for example the Orange socks i ordered did not match the product page but where closer to the darker red/orange in the delivery note page 🤔 packaging arrived wet and soggy and in and of its self not a big issue but given the price of the socks would have expected better. Customer service was not very helpful when they finally got round to my query and the return portal is designed to making a return feel like you shouldnt be. I did manage to get a full refund in the end but it was not a great experience 🤷‍♂️ Socks look reasonable but then at that price they should....

I’ve ordered a few socks from the London Sock Company and can quite honestly say that the quality and feel has been second to none. I never thought I would get so excited to put on a pair of socks!
However, one of the pairs appeared to be slightly defected. I contacted the customer care team who were excellent in their approach and ensured a quick resolution of the issue. Not only quality socks but quality service! Very happy! Thank you George and team.

I absolutely love these socks; they’re always my first choice. The quality never disappoints and for that reason I chose them for my wedding. I still remember the sartorial rust colour being admired by our wedding guests as a great choice for an Autumn wedding!

I have been buying these socks for year, the quality is amazing, as it is the packaging. Perfect for gifting too.

I used to have a subscription from inception of 3 pairs per month and continued it for I think two years.
The socks then as now are fantastic. I had to cancel through illness.
However I ordered box of 6 black pairs and I’m so happy the quality has not changed. They are still fantastic, even after wearing and washing many times they still look and feel like putting on a brand new sock . Can’t rely on many things these days but I sure can on London Sock Co.
I’m 69 now and I’m sure they will outlast me!😁

Well at first I ordered the box of the six pairs of socks but when I got them there were the real short ones I wanted the long ones so I don't know if that was my mistake but I did reorder a couple of more now of the long socks thank you very much I'm very impressed with your socks Ruben Torres San Antonio Texas 78221
