Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we're so pleased to hear you enjoyed the socks.

We're very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the delivery.

We use Evri because, in the vast majority of cases, we find them to be a reliable delivery partner, and they help us keep our delivery costs as low as possible. This also allows us to offer free standard delivery on qualifying orders, which many of our customers appreciate.

That said, we completely understand that experiences can vary. If you'd prefer not to use Evri in future, we do offer a premium express delivery option at checkout, which is provided by DHL instead. Simply select that option when placing your order if you'd like your parcel to be sent with a different carrier.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.

We've looked into this and can see that, after checking with the carrier and receiving no tracking updates, our customer service team declared your order lost in transit.

While it's understandably frustrating, parcels can occasionally be lost or delayed in transit due to circumstances outside of a retailer's control.

Once an order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the courier, we rely on the carrier to complete the delivery, and unfortunately any issues that occur while the parcel is in transit aren't within our direct control. This is something that can happen with any online retailer from time to time. When it does, our priority is always to work with the carrier, investigate the issue, and provide a fair resolution for our customers as quickly as possible.

As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, we offered to send a replacement. However, this was declined, so we instead issued a full refund in line with your preference.

We're sorry that your parcel didn't reach you, but we're pleased we were able to resolve the matter promptly and close the issue as requested.

Hi Matthias,

We're sorry to hear you've been disappointed with your experience.

We can see that you contacted us earlier this month to let us know your original order hadn't arrived. As it appeared to have been lost in transit, we declared it lost and arranged a replacement, which was dispatched on 14 July.

Orders to EU destinations typically take up to 10 business days to arrive. As business days don't include weekends, we would expect your replacement parcel to arrive on or before 28 July.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the original parcel being lost in transit and appreciate your patience.

If your replacement hasn't arrived by 28 July, please get in touch with us again and we'll be happy to investigate further.
