These are the only socks i will wear…
These are the only socks i will wear & have done for the past 5 years.
Yes they are a bit extravagant but you pay for what you get & i’ve only had to replace a couple of pairs over the years -probably due to over wearing my favourite colours.
I recently added my first pair of ankle socks which unfortunately had a small manufacturer defect but within the space of an hours communication via e-mails a new set was already dispatched and on its way to me, again proof, you pay for what you get, & this is 5* service!

sizes are not accurate
ordered the 6 pack ankle length trainer socks. I'm a size 8/8.5 so ordered the 8-10. Far too long though, more like 9-11. Had to remove a tag to try it on so can't return for an exchange. Disappointing frankly given the price...

We're sorry to hear the fit wasn't what you were expecting.
Looking into your order, I can see you selected a Medium (UK 8–10), which should be the correct size for a UK 8/8.5. While everyone's fit preference is slightly different, they shouldn't feel significantly oversized.

Bei mir gab es Probleme mit DHL und die Sendung ist wohl verloren gegangen. Nachdem ich nach einigen Versuchen endlich an dem Chatbot vorbeigekommen bin und sich ein Mensch eingeschaltet hat, lief alles wie am Schnürchen. Hat allerdings 1 Monat gedauert. Aber die Ware ist Top.

We're genuinely sorry that your original parcel was lost in transit. As previously explained via email, your replacement order has now been arranged and we hope it reaches you very shortly.
Your initial enquiry was received at 8:51am (UK time), which was just before our customer service team began work at 9:00am. During that period, our chatbot attempted to assist with your enquiry. Once our customer service team came online, a member of the team reviewed your case personally and arranged a replacement order for you.
Unfortunately, once an order leaves our warehouse, we rely on our delivery partner, in this case DHL, to complete the delivery. While parcels being lost in transit is fortunately very rare, when it does happen the tracking simply stops receiving further scans. From our side, the shipment can continue to appear as "in transit", and we aren't automatically notified by the courier that the parcel has been lost.
We appreciate that you had to contact us more than once before the issue was resolved, and we're sorry for that inconvenience. As soon as we were able to confirm the parcel was no longer progressing, we arranged a replacement immediately to ensure you weren't left without your order.
We hope your replacement arrives safely and that you'll enjoy your socks once they do.
