Just to clarify, the Ultimate Dash of Class 15-pair box does contain some duplicate pairs, as shown in the product image on the website listing, so receiving three pairs of the same design is part of the intended selection for this box.

Of course, if you're not happy with the selection, you're welcome to use our Returns Portal to return the box for either an exchange or a refund.

Hi Serena,

I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your socks, and I completely understand your frustration, particularly after spending £150 with us.

We do offer our 12-Month Sock Sure Guarantee, which means that if anything goes wrong with a pair within the first 12 months, we’re very happy to arrange a no-quibble replacement.

Unfortunately, in this case, the purchase was made around two years ago, which means it falls outside the period covered by our guarantee. I appreciate that this is disappointing, especially when you’ve experienced an issue with the socks.

The reason we have a defined 12-month period is that, as a small independent business, we unfortunately couldn't sustainably offer replacements indefinitely for products purchased several years ago. Socks are a frequently worn and washed product, and after two years it becomes increasingly difficult for us to establish when or how an issue occurred, or whether it relates to the original manufacture, normal wear and tear, or the way the product has been cared for.

We also need to apply the same guarantee period fairly and consistently to all of our customers. Making exceptions after such a significant period would make it difficult for us to maintain the guarantee on a fair and sustainable basis.

I’m sorry that our Customer Care team wasn’t able to provide the outcome you were hoping for, and I appreciate that this has left you disappointed. Our intention with the 12-month guarantee is to give customers reassurance that if something goes wrong during that period, we’ll put it right without quibble.

Thank you for your review.

I am very sorry you have not received your order yet. I have looked into this with our courier and unfortunately, as there are no recent updates we will have to declare it lost in transit, I'm very sorry about this. Please rest assured this is far from our usual standards and I have raised an investigation with the courier to understand what happened.
