The pair you ordered is our Shaken and Stirred style, which is designed to sit at mid-calf rather than over-the-calf and this information is listed clearly on the product page on our website.

We understand that fit preferences can vary, so we really appreciate you sharing your thoughts.

Excellent quality trainer socks but little colour choice

These are my favourite socks for tennis - they are the nicer trainer sock with a raised back on the ankle. Unfortunately you have stopped doing other colours like turquoise which is really disappointing- you only do a box of 4 - 2 white and 2 blue…please bring back other colours..would have given 5 stars if a better range of colours were made available- these are very expensive socks so more choice would encourage me to purchase more

Amazing customer service

I had an issue with my delivery and once it was reported to them they quickly responded and investigated for me. George then went above and beyond to help rectify the issue. He was very friendly and accommodating and we now have our delivery on its way again. Thanks team

Great service from a great company

George helped me sort out a difficulty I had with exchanging an item. He was friendly, quick and very helpful, and I'm delighted to be getting the correct size socks. I've been shopping with London Socks Company over a few years, and I always get compliments on my socks

One of the 6 pairs of socks was…

One of the 6 pairs of socks was different color and size that I ordered. Shop agreed to replace that pair, and claimed to dispatch it immediately. It’s been now nearly 2 months and I still don’t have my socks!

I can see that a member of our team responded to your customer service email and processed a replacement for you on 2nd April, and that this has already been dispatched.

As the order is being shipped to Hong Kong, delivery can take up to 15 business days, so it should still be on its way to you.

We completely understand your concern given the wait, but please rest assured that your replacement is in transit. If it doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, do let us know and we’ll be happy to look into it further.
