In some cases, refunds are handled as a reversal of the original transaction, meaning it may not appear as a separate line on your statement. We’d recommend checking the details with your payment provider to confirm this.

Bond Street Herringbones in Yellow

I wanted a pair of quality socks to match a newly purchased pair of brown Doc Martens shoes. Found these when researching;“Bond St. Herringbone Socks in Yellow” at the London Sock Company. They looked perfect so ordered 2 pairs. They arrived the next day in quality packaging commensurate with a premium purchase. The socks are magnificent. You can tell the quality immediately when touched. I am a size 11 and the Medium is perfect. They look fantastic on with my Docs. They pick up the colour of the yellow stitching and yellow and brown laces on the shoes. I am so pleased with them. Expensive but they look and feel expensive! 😁

Lovely socks!

Lovely, good quality socks and excellent service. A very good shopping experience and the recipient of the gift was delighted. Would highly recommend.

Client since the beginning

I've been a client since formation, I remember the founders from their days at Accenture. I love the brand ethos, the designs and the quality. From boot socks to the summer ranges, it's all top notch.

First order never arrived

First order never arrived, so a replacement order was sent and there was quite a large additional charge to pick it up from the post office, duty plus additional delivery charges. Often disappointed with DHL

For deliveries to Canada, orders can be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes once they arrive in the country. These fees aren’t set or controlled by us - they’re determined by Canadian customs authorities and can vary depending on the shipment.

We ship orders on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means we don’t collect these charges at checkout and unfortunately can’t predict what they may be in advance. If ever in doubt, it’s best to check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

We completely understand how frustrating this can be, especially alongside the delivery issues, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service. From experience I know the London Sock Company want their customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.
The range of socks are manufactured to a high standard. A choice of colours and styles unequaled in my opinion.
