Product and price excellent but I strongly dislike the privacy settings on the app, which make order tracking impossible without allowing full read access to private emails. This puts me off using Shop in future
I note the reply but when ordering the customer is presented with order tracking using the ‘Shop’ app, there is no other way to track. This app has dreadful privacy settings and puts me off using again in future

Hi, Thanks for your feedback however it did confuse us as we do not have an app, our shop is just a website. We do send all our items with Royal Mail 1st Class non tracked but with proof of delivery.
