I have been so loyal to this company , because anything what goes wrong with my order they are 1st to call and get it sorted. They have manners and respect this is what makes me return back . I cannot go on a high st and get the hair which they offer , i don’t gey shredding or less hair. I support my own people and this is what attracted me to LVH. I’m ever so fussy about my extensions and their quality. I’ve used the the so called best brands worldwide and none compare to LVH. The quality of the hair is unreal not just when first used but when cared for can be re-used and blend perfectly as if it was fresh from the pack. 4 years of repeat orders and never had an issue. No shedding, no weird dyes used 100% natural and beautiful. Buy from LVH and you won’t be disappointed. Another mention of how great customer service is I have sometimes asked for rushed orders for events and they have always responded swiftly and fulfilled next day delivery. Thanks so much LVH!!

The company do next day delivery which alot of companies do not offer!

The communication is always good and the quality of hair is extremely good for a reasonable price. Personally I don’t get my hair from anywhere else.
(Also love how they give free sweets in the package, as my daughter gets excited when it arrives and takes them lol)

Scam company. Paid a few hundred pound for the worst quality hair. Don’t know how these people sleep at night.

This company is a joke!!! Avoid at all cost!!!! Ordered a wig and it looked really bad and all over the place and way shorter. Nothing as described!!! The funny part is them telling me I can’t get a refund and that they will send the wig back if I return it. I still can’t believe this. How do you bully your customer into buying and keeping a bad wig for a high price? I will not rest until I get my refund.

LVH is extremely consistent. I have been ordering from here for years and have never had issues: always quality hair, with great presentation, shipped in a timely manner (always arrives before expected time) and really great customer service from Adanna. The hair is full, silky, no smell, and I always get complements from my hairdresser on installation how nice the hair is. I have been scammed in the past and its so nice to know every time I order from LVH im being taken care of. I never order anywhere else and recommend this brand to anyone asking
