Absolutely amazing quality hair and service! I have had my wig for over a year and still the quality is outstanding. I use the revamp service which is brilliant! The customer service is at a high standard!

All I can say is I am one of the most awkward customer around when it comes to perfection.
LVH is the best..I have purchased weaves wigs closures from this company I had good and bad hair, which is expected but what I can say customer service is brilliant!!.
The amount of time I had to return and replace my items is ridiculous however what you pay you expect! LVH always and I mean always treat me with respect and your complaints priority...I always get a replacement or need be a refund..Their hair is amazing. I have been a loyal customer for many years..you will get bad batch now and again..and they will replace or refund... I am sure they must know my middle name because of my awkwardness however despite this..They are the best around..brilliant and patient!..

I have ordered from this company a few times it was free delivery until Brexit happened so now if you order from
France they will charge you 32 euros at customs , since they dont inform the customers about it on their website and promote free delivery i thought i ll ask them to help , and their response was that there is nothing they can do on their ends , i’ve had this issue with another company before. ( Holland and Barrett ) and they paid for the customs charges when i asked as you are allowed to do so .

Anyway this company doesnt care about their customers and now my LVH items are still at the customs .
But by reading this reviews it seems like u never get your refund .
Support black owned business they said , and when you do this is what you get .

This hair is very lovely, minimal shedding. Blends with my natural 4c hair. The only thing I have had to do is dye the extensions to match my natural hair colour because the hair is more brown than black but no issues. I use 2 bundles plus leave out for a volumised but natural look.

Also - this is my second time having ordered hair. The first time the bundles were not in stock, Natalia gave me a refund immediately and customer care was spot on. They are very responsive on email and understanding.

I have been ordering from this company since 2017. The hair is of great quality and will last a long time if cared for properly. I always deep condition at least once a week and they look and feel brand new each time.
I've recently purchased a frontal plus 2 bundles. Had them bleached/dyed then installed by my hairdresser. It looks fantastic. The hair has held up very well with the chemical processing and heat styling. Definitely money well spent. I will always recommend to anyone looking for full bodied,silky, realistic human hair extensions!!
Also, customer service are very helpful/ prompt at getting back to you if you do have any issues/queries.

3 months on still no refund!! Customer service and communication is atrocious. I only seem to get a useful response on here, so London virgin hair when you see this review please response back to my email I have sent you and take the relevant steps to refund back my money thank you

Ive ordered with LVH several times back in 2018, and I have no idea why I stopped ordering hair, I guess at the time it was easier to just use the hair my hairdresser had, plus I would always book my appointments last minute. Well...... I decided to order a wig and boy am I blown away. The quality of the hair is just 10/10 and Im staying for good now. Decided to order a few more wigs so Im not left having to buy emergency hair from random vendors. TOP QUALITY HAIR. I've been rocking wigs since we only had synthetic wigs from the hair shop, so I know the full cycle and evolution of wigs. These wigs are top tier, just order

I bought a luxury straight frontal bundle & requested for the hair to be custom dyed as I couldn’t find the colour I wanted anywhere. Customer service was exceptional, professional & handled my request with ease.
My order arrived a week early, the colour was spot on & the hair felt & even smelt amazing!
I’m so happy with my purchase & being a 1st time customer I’m really impressed with the level of service I’ve received. I’d definitely recommend ❤️

I wouldn’t even give one star to the ridiculous excuse of a wig they sent me. I ordered a 24 inch “Milan” wig and what I got was a frizzy, dry, badly stitched together thing which looked like it belonged to a joke shop at Halloween. Ladies, avoid this scam of a business. They are an absolute joke and I will be getting my full refund from PayPal and reporting these scammers everywhere.

This company is completely careless of who they sell their products to. I ordered and never received my item I asked for my refund three times and they have yet to issue it. They also left it up to me to chase down the courier to see where my package is and I had to file a dispute and will file a legal dispute should they continue to be careless. They are a poor representation of London.

Natalia at LVH was amazing. Although she couldn't accommodate my extremely small head (19.5-20 inch cap) She made every effort to find solutions that worked. The quality of the hair used in the units is fair superior to other companies I would recommend her to my friends with average sized heads. 😄 I wish her well in all future endeavours.

I ordered a Brooklyn wig and by default it is meant to come with a 5x5 closure. It came with a 4x4 closure and no clear partings. The tracks were very visible and loose stitched on. The hair grips I had put on also became loose by the third day it was very disappointing amongst other things. I also ordered another wig and that came with the wrong lace (ordered HD, came with Swiss wouldn’t blend)
I know I am not an influencer on Instagram but I from their promotions and advertising I honestly thought they wouldn’t be a scam me and send me a half broken wig and still made me pay £800 in total. I sent them back to them and I have been denied a full refund or lace replacement for the actual 5x5 and their customer service is very beyond poor when you want to get your money back. I know it’s difficult times but it’s sad to see local business treating their people like this. I’m also going to be doing a YouTube video sharing my experience and and their service.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a wig for 450 euro, she was supposed to be pre plucked and half part and more the size cap I choose was small. I receive a wig with good quality hair but not preplucked, not parted, even more the size cap was medium. Really really dissatisfied

Brazilian Bundle and closure... I purchased this and have been using the hair for 4 months now and I must say I’m quite dissatisfied by the amount of hair that sheads whenever I brush the hair. it’s the second time I have purchased from the company and I will not be wasting my money anymore!

Really disappointed! I bought a handmade wig and emailed to ask for a free part they were so quick to reply and said they would be happy to make a free part. When it arrived, not only did it NOT have the free part I ordered but the hair was tangled, the knots where my dyed, the hair was not pre plucked and the wig was HUGE!! Such a shame after spending over £300!! I’ve worn it for a week and the curls are so messy. The hair is just really poor quality!

Their kinky straight hair is excellent quality. Delivery time is fast and their customer service is very efficient and professional . I did not have a very good experience with one of their other textures but customer services did put it right at the end of the day, So I can't really complain.

Shocking. I asked for caramel highlights and recieved bright orange bundles and now they are fighting my request for a refund. So bad.

I ordered LVH when I was disappointed with my regular supplier for hair extensions. The website is beautifully presented and I just hoped the hair would be good quality...WELL...I wasn’t disappointed!! The hair arrived super fast the next day and once installed looked amazing. It’s super soft and bouncy, not heavy but looks full I ordered 3 bundles of the luxury body wave and I can say I will always buy my hair from LVH!! Barely any shedding too! From what I can see this bundle will last ages!!
