Londonword Reviews

Fairly straightforward which suits me well.

I found the £17 protection charges a bit of a con although the website has great stuff with a lot of variety . Also I was sent a email saying that if I took part in submitting a review I would get code that gives you 50% cashback discount code straight after submitting my review which I feel was like a bribe. And as soon as I submitted my original review to trustpilot they suddenly changed there words from 50% cashback to 50% off my next order that too the order has to be within a certain time limit. that you have to use within 24 hours I found that a big put off as number 1 you have a very limited time to order second you still have to pay the protection costs. I found this out after ordering a mens jacket and found this website has hidden charges although it states that it's free shipping and you get 50% off. I definitely will not be shopping from it as I was under the impression when it said you get 50% off that I will get cashback.

Just ordered long , black coat , hopefully it want be different to the pictures online. Can’t wait to see the coat 😅

Cheap ( but actually not that cheap to buy from them) stuff from China!! Though you are led to believe they’re based and coming from UK they’re clearly just a knock off factory from China! I ordered 3 dog towel's from them ( not cheap ones I presumed at the price ) and I’ve got the flimsiest bits of material that are clearly not absorbable toweling to dry dogs and basically useless!😡. No point trying to get a refund or sent back to China, I’m guessing is how they make their money because people know they’ve been scammed! £ 80 plus pounds later they’re richer and I need to go find a replacement! Why are these companies allowed to use a UK register but clearly trading from China 🇨🇳. STAY WELL CLEAR OF YHIS CHEAP SCAMMING COMPANY!!!

Item well made , good quality

Easy to view and order and good choices available.

Ordered because same day dispatch was stated , it took 5 days to dispatch from China not London as lead to believe then another week to get to me so arrived late but that didn’t matter because what we received was a poor cheap version of what was advertised , no point returning for a refund because would have to post to China at my cost then receive only a partial refund , avoid purchasing from this cheap scam Chinese company

Never heard of this vendor.
But they had nice designs on the web.

However, when checking their details I was interested to see their registered UK address was in an area I know.
. . .But it is a non existent address!

Not a very good sign imo.

Actually very impressed with the whole order process. I'm not particularly ok with on - line sites but found this one to be extremely easy to order from. Really looking forward to receiving the item purchased.. It looks amazing and difficult to chose as all looks amazing..

Easy to order and order came within days of being processed. Looking forward to seeing what else I can find in the future. Really great prices. Love it

Bought for the good lady
Easy transaction & easy, quick layout for the purchase
Not received item yet so hopefully all good?

Vast range of tech and lots of other goodies at great prices

Ordered a bag this morning, noted website said “free shipping”. Unfortunately on the checkout screen didn’t notice a *pre-ticked box* for additional charges of “shipping protection” - £15.99. The bag is only £23.99. Please be aware. As of now I have received no response to my email request (can’t contact them by phone!) to either refund the charge or cancel the order.

Bought noircat sculpture. Cat.... Mine for sure came from Wuhan coz it looks like they done some experiments on him tryin to create new extra strong pandemic bioweapons and something went really wrong and instead of covid26 he developed new spectrum of autism... anyways im keeping it. I will print that picture from website and put in next to that cat :) I find it funny how big difference it is ;)

Don't waste your money guys

Very disappointed. I just received my order, that took 3 weeks to arrive and its the wrong dress. I had emailed them while waiting for my order and didn’t get a reply and I have used the contact form asking someone to contact me to explain how they can sort this mix up and get the correct order to me asap, or a full refund. No reply so far. Very disappointed.

Excellent service ordered from here a few times now never any problems definitely recommend.😍
