Not made in london
I’ve ordered a cardigan nearly two weeks ago and didn’t expect it to take so long to arrive being a “London” based business, looked into delivery details and it says it’s in China so not over the moon about that. I hope the quality and fit is good when it finally arrives, if not it will be going back.
Misleading advertising has left me sceptical and I will update this review when I receive my order.
Update- (as requested from business)
The item I ordered has now been delivered and is of satisfactory quality for the price.
However, the website uses reviews stating the convenience of a store located in London, a picture of a store front that looks like it’s on a London street and hinting to products being made and sold from a London store. My order was not made in London or was it ever distributed from London, it was in fact made and came from place in china well known for mass clothing manufacturing.
This is false advertising and misleading to the average online buyer believing they are buying a product from inside the UK.
As the company has asked me to elaborate on my previous review I would like them to answer these few simple questions to set things straight…
Do you have a store in London?
Where are your products made?
And where was my product shipped from?
Thanks for your reply
