Great experience with Longbridge. Consultant Dina Naughton and Processor Dina Basciano were professional, patient, and always available by phone or email when I needed them.

He also educated me on all the different aspects of a reverse mortgage and the benefits it would offer me. He constantly kept me updated on timelines as things kept moving forward. I received notice after notice about reverse mortgages. I just threw them in to the trash until one day last October I received one and decided to at least look it up. I really needed to find out what is a reverse mortgage all about. I looked up a couple of the companies that do them. The first company I contacted I just thought that there was a lot of nonsense. The next company I called was Longbridge Financial. I talked with (I think his name was Mike) the rep about the deal. He suggested that I talk to a loan consultant. Her name was Dina Naughton. I was impressed (very impressed) with her explanation of everything I needed to know before I made the decision to proceed. I am very glad that I chose to sign up with Lonbridge. Dina explained everything clearly and simply so that even I understood it. Dina clearly was the right person to talk to if you are unsure about the process and end result. It took a couple of months for the whole process to get done but Dina was there all the way. She explained everything as we went along and was dead on when it came time to sign on the bottom line.
If you are interested on a reverse mortgage then call Longbridge Financial and ask to speak to Dina Naughton. You will be glad you did.
